For each employee it is now possible to add a personal signature in

System Preferences -> Staff, either directly from a scanner, or from a

previously saved image. These signatures can than be used for letter

templates,byaddingtheappropriateplaceholderfromtheselectionof

additionalplaceholderstothelettertemplateinWordModule.Itcan eitherbea signature ofa specificpersonor ageneralsignature

placeholder,forasignatureofapersonthatshouldbeselectedfromthe

listofpossiblesignature-holdersongeneratingthespecificletter.

Theuseofsignaturefeaturecan

alsobeprotectedbyapersonal

password, so that only the

entitled employees can create

signedletters.

7.) Transferarea:a. The same image preview functions from the point 4.d. (above) are also available in the

transferarea,foreachtransferredembryo.

b. Double-clickontheembryowillopenthestandardformwithallembryodetails.

8.) IntheBirthareaitisnowpossibletoenterweekofbirthforeachchild,insteadofdateofbirth.Ifthedateofbirthhasbeenentered,theweekofbirthwillbeautomaticallycalculated.

9.) Treatmentlistintheprogramsmainwindow:a. All treatments are always sorted according to the treatment number, so that the newest

inSystem -> Display options.

11.)Treatmenttreatmentspermiogram:a. Thetext in thetreatmentrow isnowcolouredred, if thespermiogram ismissingor isnot

fittingtothetreatment.

b. Whenassigningatreatmentspermiogramintherapyitisnowpossibletothawdirectlyfrom

thecryostorage.Inthedrop-downselectionofspermiogramsthatcanbeusedfortreatment,

thecryopreservedspermiogramsarenowalsooffered.Thesespermiogramsaremarkedwith

asnowflake.

14.)Findingswindow(Finding,CAVE,note):

a. Thefindingwindowisnowsizeable.

b. Thesizeofthenoteeditfieldhasbeenincreased.Differenttextformattingfunctionsarenowalsoavailable.
