Xu hng khu vc ha, ton cu ha lm cho hot ng cnh tranh gia

Trong thi gian thc tp ti Cng ty c phn Dt may 29/3, thng qua vic
tm hiu v hot ng cng nh nhng chnh sch ca Cng ty, em nhn thy
rng hin ti Cng ty ang rt ch trng trong vic thu ht cng nh duy tr mt
lc lng lao ng c cht lng cao. Xut pht t nhn thc ny, em chn ti: O LNG S HI LNG CA CNG NHN CNG TY C
PHN DT MAY 29/3 vi mong mun a ra c mt s kin nh gi v
mc hi lng ca cng nhn Cng ty, t gip nng cao hiu qu trong hot
ng qun tr nhn s ca Cng ty.

Trong mi trng kinh doanh ngy cng khc lit, mi doanh nghip u

Sau khi Vit Nam gia nhp WTO, Cng ty c cc n hng may mc
xut khu n nh cho cc nm 2008 v nm 2009. Hin nay Cng ty k hp
ng xut khu trc tip vi nhiu khch hng ln ca M. Nhn chung th
trng xut khu ca Cng ty c nhiu chi tng trng trong thi gian ti.

2.1.4.1 Nhn lc:
Hin ti, Cng ty c khong 2500 cn b cng nhn vin. Trong gn
100 ngi tt nghip i hc, trn 80 ngi tt nghip cao ng, trung cp k
thut, qun l v trn 500 cng nhn k thut lnh ngh c tay ngh t bc 4 tr
ln.Mi cn b cng nhn vin Cng ty u c nng lc thc hin tt cc
cng vic c giao v u nhn thc, thu hiu cng vic, trch nhim quyn
hn, chnh sch, mc tiu ca Cng ty.
2.1.4.2 Csvt cht:
Cng ty c h thng vn phng lm vic, nh xng v dy chuyn sn
xut ng b, khp kn vi gn 3000 my mc, thit b khc nhau. H thng nh
xng, thit b ny c khng ngng ci tin hon thin v thay th theo hng
hin i ha bng cc thit bin tiu khin bng chng trnh hoc cc thit

Cng ty ang u t vo xy dng csh tng phc v cho vic sn xut.

hot ng kinh doanh ca doanh nghip l mt doanh nghip hot ng trong

s dng vn ca doanh nghip tng cao hn.
Vic nh gi khi qut tnh hnh phn b ngun vn, gip chng ta c ci
nhn r nt hn v tnh hnh ti chnh ca Cng ty. C th Cng ty dng
nhng ngun vn no ti trcho ti sn thy c mc t ch ca Cng
ty, s bin ng ca tng loi ngun vn ra sao v nh hng nh th no n
tnh hnh ti chnh ca Cng ty.Nhn vo bng phn tch ta thy tng ngun vn tng 19,605,056,589 hay
tng 8.42% vo nm 2006 so vi nm 2005 nhng li gim vo nm 2007. ng

2007. Trong Hoa K l th trng xut khu ch yu, hin ti chim 92.98%trong tng s doanh thu hng may mc xut khu sang cc nc. Nguyn nhn l
do trong thi gian gn y, Cng ty k c nhng hp ng xut khu hng

th hin qua t trng doanh thu xut khu sn phm khn bng cc th trng
khc trong tng doanh thu xut khu sn phm khn bng ang c xu hng tng
dn, t 0.00% nm 2005 tng ln 0.11% nm 2006 v ln 0.74% nm 2007.

gp nm 2006 gim 16,152,080,618 ng hay gim 69.65% nhng sang nm

Ch tiu chi ph bn hng nm 2006 tng so vi nm 2005 l 80.91%

Ta thy li nhun gp bin gim mnh t 13.20% nm 2005 xung 2.19%
vo nm 2006. Nguyn nhn l do li nhun gp gim 16,251,080,618 ng
tng ng gim 69.65%. Trong khi doanh thu tng 146,840,068,648 ng tc
l tng 83.06% so vi nm 2005. iu ny chng t gi vn hng bn tng
mc qu cao, vi tc tng 106.28% cho thy Cng ty khng hiu qu trong
vic ct gim chi ph cng nh s dng nguyn vt liu v lao ng cha hp l.
Cng vi li nhun gp bin gim th li nhun rng bin cng gim t
0.08% nm 2005 xung 0.03% nm 2006. iu ny l do chi ph bn hng v chi
ph qun l doanh nghip nm 2006 tng trn 80% so vi nm 2005.
Nhng sang nm 2007 c li nhun rng bin v li nhun gp bin tng
mnh trli (trong li nhun gp bin tng mc 9.22%, li nhun rng bintng mc 0.76%) chng t Cng ty c nhng n lc trong vic ct gim chi
ph sn xut, nng cao hiu qu hot ng bn hng v qun l doanh nghip.
Da vo bng phn tch ta thy chi ph bn hng gim 11.69%, chi ph qun l
doanh nghip gim 40.49%. Chnh v vy li nhun gp cng nh li nhun rng
kh ln.

1.28 vng nm 2006 v 1.69 vng nm 2007. iu ny cho thy tnh hiu quca Cng ty trong vic s dng tng ti sn to ra doanh thu.

2.2 Thc trng ngun nhn lc ti Cng ty
Do Cng ty hot ng trong lnh vc sn xut nn lc lng lao ng lm
vic trong cc x nghip l ch yu. Mi x nghip c iu hnh bi mt ngi

bnh gia hai ngnh Dt v May. Do ngnh Dt l ngnh truyn thng lu nm

Bc 5: Lp k hoch tuyn dng:
Cn c vo yu cu ca Ban gim c, trng cc b phn thng qua biu
mu HACHIBA - QT - 6.2/BM1. Trng phng Tng hp lp k hoch tuyn
dng theo mu HACHIBA - QT - 6.2/BM1 v trnh Ban gim c. Vic lp k
hoch tuyn dng ch p dng khi c nhu cu mrng sn xut cn tuyn dng
t 50 lao ng tr ln. i vi vic b sung lao ng t xut th khng tin
hnh lp k hoch tuyn dng.
Bc 6: Ph duyt k hoch tuyn dng:
Gim c Cng ty ph duyt k hoch tuyn dng hng nm hay t xut.Nu Ban gim c ph duyt ng : phng Tng hp thc hin cc bc
tip theo.
Nu Ban gim c khng ng : phng Tng hp lp k hoch tuyn
dng trn csyu cu ca Ban gim c.
Bc 7, 8: Thng qua tuyn dng v nhn h strn csk hoch tuyn
dng c ph duyt phng Tng hp tin hnh trin khai v kim sot vic
thc hin k hoch. Nu k hoch khng c thc hin hoc thc hin khngph hp th trng phng Tng hp s xc nh li nguyn nhn, xut bin
php khc phc v trnh Gim c ph duyt ng thi phi hp vi cc b phn
lin quan trin khai thc hin bin php khc phc ny.
Sau khi k hoch tuyn dng c ph duyt, phng Tng hp tin hnh
thng bo tuyn dng. Vic thng bo tuyn dng c p dng vi hai hnh
thc sau:
Thng bo trong ni b (bng vn bn, thng bo trn phng tin pht
thanh ni b)
Thng bo bn ngoi bng phng tin: truyn hnh, bo ch, i truyn
thanh a phng.
Vic tip nhn h s sc thu nhn trc tip ti phng Tng hp do
nhn vin nhn sm trch.

phiu kim tra tay ngh cho ngi lao ng thng bo a im, thi gian v
cc yu cu khc cho cc ng vin.Trng hp tuyn dng b sung lao ng s lng nh (di 50 lao
ng), phng Tng hp phi hp cng vi cc trng b phn c yu cu b
sung lao ng, t trng sn xut tin hnh kim tra tay ngh v trng cc b
phn nh gi kt qu ti ch trn phiu kim tra. Vic kim tra tay ngh c th
kim tra thc t trn dy chuyn ang sn xut hoc trn bi thi kim tra do
trng b phn cp.
Trng hp tuyn dng lao ng c s lng lao ng ln (trn 50 laong) phng Tng hp phi hp cng vi phng k thut may v cc trng b
phn c yu cu b sung lao ng tin hnh t chc thi kim tra tay ngh. Vic
st hch tay ngh sc th hin trn bi thi tay ngh. thi do phng k thut
may v trng b phn lin quan chu trch nhim nh gi.

c ph duyt theo mu phng vn kt qu kim tra tay ngh hoc phng vn t
yu cu sc nh gi trn phiu kim tra tay ngh, mu phng vn v trnh
Gim c ph duyt.
Bc 11: Thng bo kt qu: Cn c vo kt qu tuyn dng, nhn vin
phng Tng hp thng bo bng vn bn kt qu tuyn dng n ngi d tuyn.

Bc 12: K hp ng th vic: Nhng i tng t yu cu sc

Trong hp ng th vic c ghi r chc danh, cng vic c thc giao
cng nh thi gian th vic.
Bc 13: nh gi kt qu th vic: Sau thi gian 03 thng th vic,
ngi lao ng sc trng cc b phn nh gi kt qu th vic bng phiu
nh gi kt qu th vic. Trng hp khng t yu cu sc chm dt hp
ng lao ng hoc c th ngh lnh o Cng ty tip tc cho th vic thm
ti a 03 thng (nu ngi lao ng c nguyn vng v chp nhn tip tc c
th vic).
Bc 14: K hp ng chnh thc: Nhng trng hp t yu cu qua 03thng th vic sc phng Tng hp trnh Ban gim c k hp ng chnh
thc.
Bc 15: Cp nht l lch c nhn: Ngay sau khi nhn kt qu th vic,
nhn vin phng Tng hp tin hnh cp nht l lch c nhn theo mu.
Bc 16: nh gi kt qu tuyn dng: tng hp nh gi kt qu
tuyn dng, phng Tng hp s tng hp kt qu tnh hnh tuyn dng 6 thng
mt ln vo thng 1 v thng 7. Nu qua nh gi kt qu khng t c vimc tiu cht lng ra th s tm bin php khc phc v nu kt qut yu
cu mc tiu ra th s tip tc ci tin tt hn.
