Orion’s Point Southampton

We have a wealth of varying designs / solutions for: Bedrooms, kitchens / living rooms and clusters, studios / townhouses. We also have a thorough understanding of ancillary facilities such as management suites, common rooms, study zones, laundries, gymnasiums etc.

Lewis & Hickey were appointed by Liberty Living to produce and coordinate the production of a ‘Model Specification’ manual. The manual contains concept CGI images, room data sheets and associated specifications, which have been compiled on behalf of and in conjunction with Liberty Living to establish a consistent approach to the design and refurbishment of existing student residential accommodation. This information acts as key reference points for use within Liberty Living’s procurement project management team, ultimately allowing the student accommodation provider to undertake standardised refurbishment building projects on any property with their portfolio.
