Special opportunities in France

Electric heating is a chance (yes !) : New homes require very little HVAC energy: the

challenge is not the energy itself but its regulation +- 0.5°C in 8M homes > energy of peak hours ! and… positive energy homes do not produce natural gas

The regulatory framework is « almost there », but: Demand shifting requires urgent legalization of any

means of collecting DSO meter data…(as for DR) Redesign regulatory framework to acknowledge the fact

that the Internet has been there for 15 years… stop the « phone call argument » for issues like the 10MW threshold for DR
