Initial Residents 500 people with jobs that don’t require being in the city full-time and service jobs that support the residents of the city. Examples: Musicians, Visual Artists, Chefs, Filmmakers, Graphic Artists, Startup people, Yoga Instructors, Freelancers, Writers, Architects, Meditation teachers, Software engineers, Massage Therapists, Makers, etc.

Plan: Build a Settlement 1/ Build founding team and community of people interested in what we’re doing. 2/ Rent an RV-campground and host week-long retreat (March). 3/ Get 500 people to commit to one month living at an RV-campground (June Campaign). 4/ Master lease (with option to purchase) RV-campground in off-season and host first month in September. 5/ Once campground is fully occupied, execute option to purchase campground and purchase options on surrounding land.
