三、岗位职责海外销售精英 Sales Oversea Elite

1、负责公司市场的客户开发与维护；2、负责目标行业市场的信息收集、分析和市场开发计划制订；3、协助海外市场项目的推进；4、负责公司内部协调及流程推进；5、工作地点：中国/德国/泰国/马来西亚。a) Responsible for customer development and maintenance.

b) Responsible for information collection, analysis and market development plan in target

采购海外管培生 Purchasing Oversea Management Trainee

1. 负责公司生产用各类原料的采购相关工作；2. 系统参与海外基地原材料采购、设备及办公用品采购、供应商管理与开发某一或几个

模块的相关工作；3. 负责采购相关海外基地沟通协调及流程推进工作。a) Responsible for the procurement of all kinds of raw materials for production and other related

works.

b) Participate in the purchase of raw materials, equipment and office supplies, supplier

management and development of some or several modules.

c) Responsible for communication, coordination and process promotion with oversea subsidiary

companies.

标准化海外管培生 Standardization Oversea Management Trainee

1 编制海外基地标准化工作规划与计划，并推进执行；2 负责海外基地标准管理，包括：标准的审核、发布、归档、版本控制、权限控制；3 负责集团统一的技术标准、基础标准在海外基地的推进；4 负责海外基地制造、品质、订单交付等相关重点流程推进、过程监督、推进改善及流程优化；

a) Responsible for the preparation of overseas base standardization work planning, and promote

implementation;

b) Responsible for overseas base standard management, including standard audit, release, filing,

versioning and authority control

c) Responsible for the promotion of group's unified technical standards, basic standards in

overseas bases

d) Responsible for manufacturing, quality, order delivery and other related key process

advancement, process supervision, improvement and process optimization in overseas base.

进出口海外管培生 Import/export Oversea Management Trainee

1. 负责公司进出口业务的相关工作；2. 系统参与海外基地报关、进出口物流、单证管理、账务管理某一或几个模块的相关工作；

3. 收集海外基地国家、海关进出口工作方面的方针、政策和法律法规等信息并协助依法执行。

a) Responsible for the company's import and export business and related works.

b) Systematically participate in declaration, import and export logistics, document management,

accounting management of one or several modules and related works in overseas base.

a) Assist in the implementation of guidelines, policies, laws and regulations about customs

import and export in KIGNFA overseas bases.

1. 负责海外基地劳工法律、人才市场的信息收集，协助制定海外HR相关制度；2. 协助海外基地HR 政策、制度、流程的执行与落地；3. 负责公司内外部沟通、协调，促进海外人力资源项目的执行。a) Responsible for the information collection of labor laws and talent markets in overseas bases;

assist to develop overseas HR system.

b) Assist to execute and implement HR policy, system and process in overseas bases.

c) Responsible for internal and external communication and coordination to promote the
