• Is the SAP Process Expert in his/her designated area • Provide Knowledge Transfer to employees resulting from

• Provide Knowledge Transfer to employees resulting from Process Updates Lessons learned Best practices New SAP releases New developments
• Share knowledge and experience with other Power Users
Provide expertise to the Markets/Factories in other SAP related areas:
Regression Testing
Updates
• Participate actively in issue management (within process and/or cross-process); provide business/
process explanations & analysis and “filter” service requests/ issues coming from the end users
• Write business/ functional sections of functional specifications
• Create data for unit/ regression/ integration tests
• Provide 1st line Post Go-Live support to end users
