Client-Chevron Project Profile#1: UWT WF SA&O R1+, R2 Data Assessment, Angola –Data and Business Analyst (October 2015 to present) Project Description:

Upstream Workflow Transformation (UWT) is a program to integrate people, processes, technology and information to make high-quality analysis and decisions that will transform key upstream processes and assets. Waterflood is one of the applications under UWT initiative. The UWT Waterflood Solution project is focused on developing technology-enabled workflows and applications that can be deployed across Business Units in order to enable them to meet the Global Standard for Waterflood Surveillance, Analysis, and Optimization (WF SA&O).

Responsibilities: Enabling UWT WF SA&O application deployment by supporting data integration requirements. Conducting data assessment of Master Data required for deployment of UWT WF SA&O applications

(WellView, IWMCAC and EC master data). Identifying, refining and adding new business rules and scripts based on the specific requirements at the

asset/ field level. Assessment and remediation of Master data in International Well Master - Common Asset Code

(IWMCAC), Energy Components (EC) and WellView. To develop reusable process for Data Management to support deployment of other UWT Applications.

Remediation of DnC data in WellView for fields of Angola in SASBU UWT Waterflood Release 2 pilot.

TOOLS & TECHNOLOGIES

Client-Chevron Project Profile#2: eRoom Decommissioning Project, SASBU-Data Analyst (August 2015-Oct 2015) Project Description: eRoom Decommissioning is process of migrating all eRoom contents from eRoom to SharePoint. SASBU Chevron currently uses eRoom of EMC Corporation to store its data. Due to the growing size of the data and various concerns regarding better management of the data, cost-effective and efficient solutions, Chevron has declared eRooms as a Sunset System.Decommissioning of eRooms and migration of the contents to SharePoint will enable keeping the contents collaboration and storage system acquainted with industry’s best practices along with reduced annual storage costs.

Responsibilities: Downloading eRoom contents and metadata to Shared Drive (O:) using Crawler. Migrating all content from eRoom sites to SharePoint to enable efficient use of data and storage. Metarlogix is the tool used by eRoom migration team to send the files from eRoom to sharepoint. Missing and failed files are found out by the joblog created by metarlogix and crawler data (master data of

eRoom) in the shared drive. Crawler of the missed or failed files is copied into Clean-up template. After files, folders and their URL’s are cleaned-up, they are ready for migration. Logging into remote desktop, and running the Power shell script in the test site (after changing the new

file and folder names and their locations: cleaned-up URLS) migration process is carried out for the failed and missed files.

Project Profile#3: Electronic Well File (Physical)-Angola – Data Analyst (Team Lead), Feb 2015—August 2015Project Description:

Uses a document management system as a back bone where end users can access the various digital versions of traditional physical paper data from folders kept in the file rooms. This project has two focus areas of well file documents – documents that originate in physical paper form and documents that originate in digital forms like Word, Excel, PDF, or HTML files.  Data from both sources will be consolidated in one electronic system of record called EWF.  Responsibilities:
