Objective of the Report• To apply theoretical

knowledge in the practical field.

• To have exposure to the functions of general banking section.

Limitation of the Report• A short course of time was

allocated for the program. • Some officer did not provide

information because of their busy time.

• The bank did not provide all required information because of official secrecy.

• The Branch also did not give me the big responsibilities because I was an internee.

Observes the present condition of the bank

The closing of the end of the June is done by taking the average of the month of

January to June and to do the end of December closing, the average of the whole

year has to calculate

Recommendation• SEBL can pursue a Diversification Strategy in expanding its current line of

business• By expanding Business Portfolio, SEBL can reduce its business risk• SEBL should increase efficiency Online Banking System for efficient

transaction of business.• They should increase the manpower. • Management efficiency needs to be enhanced.• They should take proper initiative to create strong image among the

people through aggressive marketing to attract more client, they should also pay more attention to customer retention.

• More ATM Booths Should opened for the ease of the clients.
