The compact space not only includes full living functions and premium star-hotel quality, but also allows a landscape balcony. A big size table is preferred to meet his usage for both dining and working. 屋主喜歡純淨的簡約風格，遵循形隨機能概念，不增加無謂的裝飾，讓小空間在滿足居住機能之餘，更能享有星級飯店水準及景觀陽台。以簡單的四人用餐桌，合併用餐與工作機能，為屋主在家活動的機能核心區域。
