HOANG MINH PHUONG Dear Ms. Thuy, In my career, I have had over 12 years of work experience with a range of different fields. I have work with local and foreign companies with a strong communication with English, Mandarin and Vietnamese. Through my years of experience there has been no issue that I could not resolve or achieve. I have outstanding relationship with Instructors and administrators in both countries. Select Engineers for suitable training courses/programs and dispatch. Arrange training locations, air/land transportation, accommodation, visa and other facilities, regular meetings with clients to maintain the relationships, service, sales, manage technician, handling quotations, sales contracts and billing. Through this position I have grown and developed myself more as a manager and built strong skills on time management, manage staff, risks, business development, train 1 on 1, team training and problem solve. As this job require me to be more hand, I believe I thrive when working close with my team as I am very open minded and take in a lot of opinions but also know how to direct and delegate. Before working at AZVN I have worked for Stella Travel Services (TIC – Australia Company) for 5 years. My job there was to create itinerary, providing quotation to clients traveling to Indochina countries (Vietnam/China) to solving operation issues. The main responsibilities for this job is to maintain new and existing clients, build a strong relationship, guide and direct clients and satisfy their requirements. In this job I had developed my business development skills and relationship management. I believe through this point is what made me want to achieve a higher purpose in my career. A part of me would like to show you that I’m enthusiastic, have character and charisma. I am a hard worker and also a very good problem solver. I can take any issue and evaluate what is the best course of action without spending large amount of time and money. I’m always on the go, and always like a challenge.
