    GEGARD1800TMThis system exceeds NEMA MG1-31(which is 3.1 times the nameplate volt-age) for motors operating on inverters.The insulation system is comprised ofclass F materials and the varnish is non-hygroscopic, anti-fungus. The varnishis either applied via a Dip and Bake, orVacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI)process. The combination of materialsand processes provides a minimumCorona Inception Voltage (CIV) up to1800 volts peak with a rise time of0.1 microseconds.

    GEGARD2000TMThis system exceeds NEMA MG1-31 (whichis 3.1 times the nameplate voltage) formotors operating on inverters. The insulationsystem is comprised of class H materials andthe varnish is non-hygroscopic, anti-fungus.The varnish is applied via a Trickle Treatprocess while a 60 Hz current is passedthrough the windings. This causes thevarnish to flow through the winding resultingin improved penetration into the stator slotsand an increase in varnish build. The currentalso cures the winding from the inside out,rather than oven baking. The combinationof materials and processes provides a

    minimum Corona Inception Voltage (CIV)up to 2000 volts peak with a rise timeof 0.1 microseconds.
