Mast Rating:  215,000 lbs with 6 lines, 182,000 lbs with 4 lines, ballasted static hook load 

Mast:  Freestanding (internally guyed) Ideco KM‐96‐215 mast, 96 feet fully extended, hydraulically raised and scoped.  Includes new racking board, fabricated and inspected in February 2014.  Includes (6) sheaves grooved for 1” lines, and (1) traveling block with (4) sheaves grooved for 1” line.  Mast was rebuilt to OEM and API specification in February 2014.  

Drawworks:  Includes (1) main drum and (1) sandline drum with disc brakes, and grooved for 1” lines. 

Power Unit:  Detroit 8V71N diesel engine.  318 hp @ 2,100 rpm. 

Hydraulics:  Engine driven hydraulic pump that controls:  hydraulic leveling jacks, mast raise, mast scope, and winch. 

Substructure and Load Beam:  9’ high Ideco substructure and load beam 

Rotary Table:  27 ½” Ideco

  Inspections and re‐certifications: 

February 2014 

Mast:  Mast was rebuilt and upgraded to a freestanding (internally guyed) mast utilizing a load beam/substructure and internal guys to the rig structure.  All work was completed to OEM and API specifications by Dickirson Corporation, Ripley WV, and approved by Kodiak Engineering, Ltd, Sherwood Park, AB. 

Freestanding mast analysis:  Performed by Kodiak Engineering, Ltd to API specifications:  4F sections 8.1.1, 8.2 a‐d, 8.1.2, 8.3, and 8.9, and covered the mast, load beam, and substructure. 

Inspections and certifications:  Performed by Dickirson Corporation and included:   

• Category III field inspection of mast • Category IV inspection per API RP 4G 

Included:  1.  Visual inspection:  Outer and Inner Derrick, 

Racking Board, Sheaves, and Carrier / Substructure 

2. Magnetic Particle Inspection:  Outer and Inner Derrick, Racking Board, and Carrier / Substructure 

3. Ultrasonic Inspection:  Outer and Inner Derrick, Racking Board, and Carrier / Substructure 

4. Dye Penetrant Inspection:  Sheaves • Substructure integrity certification • Substructure element certification
