Emma’s Trip To Prague

Topic 1

*During the way to airport1.Set off really early and have plenty of

time.

2.But suffer a long delays on the motoway because a lorry had broken down and blocked an exit.Held up more than an hour.

3.Her husband dropped her off outside the terminal but she had missed the flight.

*Find out another time to Prague,but she seems to get some problems……1. Went to the helpdesk and ask the helpful people.

2.But hang about for ages while they tried to help her.

3.She couldn’t get through to line to Prague office.

4.No one pick her up when she arrived at the airport of Prague.

5.So she got a taxi to the city centre and finally turned for the first part of time visit at lunch time.

* Was the trip a success in Emma’s opinion?

1.She feel pretty good because they put her up in a really good hotel and she got on really well with the people she met.

2.Get a positive visit checklist on the site from Emma’s boss.

Advantages and disadvantages of

a career in the airline industry

*The Advantages Offer a wide variety of benefits1.Provide personal and family travel passes.

2.Get health insurance.

3.Paid holidays.

4.Flexible schedules.

5.Discounts on hotels and car hire.

6.Get the standby tickets from other airlines within 75-95 percent off the full fare.

*The DisadvantagesWorking is not always easy. High paid ,Hard work.

1. Physically demanding jobs make you working for long periods without a break.

2.Personal appearance and spend long periods away from home are strict required.

3.Offer a high level of customer care. You need an excellent interpersonal skills to handle problems ,such as:

* Dealing with frustrated passengers. * Adverse weather conditions. * Delayed flights and emergencies.

Air rage

*The major causes of air rage1.The lack of staff-training to cope with the problems of

airline service affairs.

2.Because the increase fares and introduce more fees and ticket restrictions, many employees of low-cost carriers are under a constant threat .

3.Customer will anger with the limits and fees , such as ticket restrictions , and excess baggage charges…...

4.The long queues at check-in and security control and a lack of understanding of restrictions on discounted tickets buried in the small print are the most reasons that customer angry for.

*The ways to prevent air rage1.Held a training class of interpersonal

skills for the staff . And train them to know how to improve their skills when dealing with the angry and abusive customers.

2.Find a better way to notice the restrictions of the tickets and extra fees for people. Maybe they can make a instructional videos of the restrictions and show on the TV bulletin(TV wall).

Priority seats issue

*The intention of priority seatsReserved for the people who need to treat

more careful, like:1. Elderly 2. Handicapped3. Pregnant women4. Young children

*But sometimes, the seats lose the value……Sometimes the young people occupy the

seats and do not give them up when they see someone in need.

More outrageous is that they even shout to the weaks.

*The possible reasons that they don’t want to quit the priority seats1.They might be the first or the next people find the

seats and sit down .

2.They didn’t know that the seat is priority. Maybe they are come from others country or they couldn’t read the words.

3.They feel uncomfortable today, so they need to take some rest during the trip.

4. Failure of education : They are such a foolish human that they do not know what is the word called “Ethics 道德” .

Preface:And they drive people crazy ! So we people couldn’t bear them any more !

To me , I think the ranked 1st of ten villains is Ko Chun Li( 高振利 ).

He sold the harmful mixed oils (cottonseed oil) and earn a lot of money from the people. If people eaten those bad mixed oils will cause the people ‘s health problem.

For men ,the harmful mixed oils will make their balls atrophied ( 睪丸萎縮 )and reduce the number of sperm( 精蟲數量減少 ). For women, they will get the problems ,such as menstrual disorder( 月經失調 ), shrink uterine ( 子宮縮小 ),and ovarian atrophy( 卵巢萎縮 ).

So , I think during these facts, this man should be the very bad villains of 2013.
