1° giorno - Domenica 28/06/2015: Arrivo in ITALIA/MilanoArrivo dei partecipanti in aeroporto a Milano , dopo i dovuti controlli e il ritiro dei bagagli trasferimento in hotel a Bologna e sistemazione nelle camere riservate. Cena in Hotel. Serata inaugurale di “Expo World Cup” con presentazione di tutte le squadre partecipanti alla manifestazione. Rientro in hotel e pernottamento.

Day 1 - Sunday, 28/06/2015: Arrival in Milan, ItalyArrival of the participants at the airport in Milan. Following passport controls and baggage collection, transfer to the hotel in Bologna and setting up in the hotel rooms. Dinner at the hotel. 4° giorno - Mercoledì 01/07/2015: CORSO DI CUCINAPrima colazione in hotel e trasferimento alla location dove si terrà il corso di cucina.L’insegnante introdurrà i partecipanti alla preparazione delle ricette tipiche della cucina emiliana: la preparazione della sfoglia, rigorosamente tirata al mattarello, i tortellini con il suo ripieno e le intramon-tabili tagliatelle con un condimento sfizioso. Ogni partecipante avrà la propria postazione di lavoro e tutto l’occorrente per preparare le portate.Il corso sarà incentrato non solo sulla parte meramente pratica e quindi di preparazione, ma ci sa-ranno vari momenti di racconti sull’origine di ogni piatto, alla scoperta della cultura e della tradizione emiliana in cucina.Durante il corso, in un clima molto conviviale verranno assaggiati i piatti cucinati.Nel tardo pomeriggio rientro a Bologna, cena in hotel e pernottamento.

Day 4 - Wednesday, 01/07/2015: COOkING COURSEBreakfast at the hotel and transfer to the cooking class location.The participants will be shown how to prepare Emilian cuisine: the preparation of the pasta by hand with a rolling pin, tortellini with a stuffing and classic tagliatelle with a delicious sauce. Each participant will have their own workstation and everything needed to prepare the dishes.The course will focus not only on the purely practical and therefore the preparation of the dishes. It will also include stories about the origins of each dish, the culture and traditions of the Emilian cuisi-ne.The dishes prepared will be tasted during the convivial atmosphere of the course.Return to Bologna in the late afternoon, dinner at the hotel with overnight stay.
