2015欧洲美⾷食节作为庆祝中欧建⽴立外交关系40周年活动之⼀一,于2015年10⽉月29⽇日在上海外滩⼗〸十六铺亲⽔水平台开幕了。欧盟驻华代表团官员,欧盟各国驻沪领事馆代表，上海市黄浦区领导出席了开幕式。The European Food Festival, held on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the EU-China diplomatic relations, officially opened last Thursday October 29th, in the presence of EU Delegation representatives, Huangpu District officials and EU member states Consuls.

欧洲美⾷食节坐落在上海著名外滩漫步延伸⼤大道上，展⽰示欧洲各⾊色美味：西班⽛牙⼩小⾷食，荷兰奶酪，奥地利巧克⼒力，捷克矿泉⽔水，希腊烤⾁肉，法国炖⼩小⽜牛⾁肉，⽐比利时华夫饼，德国⾹香肠，爱尔兰啤酒，奥地利烤肋排等等, 定会满⾜足你的味蕾。The festival, located on the prestigious Bund promenade, offers a large range of European delicacies : Spanish tapas, Dutch cheese, Austrian chocolate, Irish beers, Czech mineral water, Greek tzatiski, French Boeuf Bourguignon, Italian pasta… to name a few. This variety of food would delight anyone’s taste buds !

30多个展位有（⽊木屋和帐篷）餐馆，进⼜⼝口⾷食品，葡萄酒及饮料。休息区，⼉儿童厨房，舞台各司其职。展区沿江⽽而布，⽆无敌外滩风景就在眼前。 The event is composed of 32 booths (wooden chalets and pagoda tents) held by restaurants, food importers and wine and beverage distributors or producers. A seating area, a kids cooking corner and a stage are also part of the setting. The venue, alongside the Huangpu river, offers fantastic views of the Bund.

舞台表演有乐队，ESCOFFIER厨师协会⼤大厨现场烹饪，披萨表演，德国THERMOMIX多功能烹饪机表演。Stage performances include Disciples Escoffier cooking demonstrations, Pizza shows, Beer tasting and games, Thermomix cooking shows and live music bands.

周末，孩⼦子们可以当⼤大厨 ,DIY做⽐比利时华夫饼和披萨。On week-ends, the children enjoy their own cooking corner with Belgian waffles decorating and pizza making :
