    2.2 Mi trng bn rn .

    2. Theo Phng Php Nui Cy B Su:2.1 Qui trnh cng ngh :

    Hp kh trng nhit 118 125 0C, thi gian 40 60 pht, ngui dn nhit bnh thng v tip ging vi sinh vt vo mi trng, t l ging a vo l 2 2,5 %. Sau qu trnh nui cy c thc hin theo 2 phng php: nui cy theochu k hay nui cy lin tc.

    Nui cy theo chu k l phng php nui cy trong 1 thit b ln men. Sau1 chu k nui t 2 4 ngy 28 32 0C ngi ta thu nhn ton b dch nuicy nh l 1 loi ch phm enzyme th. Phng php ny khng i hi kthut cao nhng nng sut thp.

    Nui cy lin tc l khc phc tnh trng trn. Qu trnh nui cy lin tc

    c th nui cy trong 1 thit b, cng c th thc hin trong nhiu thit b.
