9 Juli 2015 Studying the high and low sensor on the pump

Knowing how sensors work of high-level and low-level in the pump while working or running, if the water in the vacuum tank touching the sensors high level then automatically vacuum or compressor will shut down self and after the water went down touching the sensor low level then the engine will re-start and operate back.

13 Juli 2015 Remove rubber coupling Remove the rubber coupling on the unit KSB.

15 Juli 2015

Instalasion electrical Install cable lines lights heading towards junction box and control panel.

Testing cable connectionTest the cable connection from the junction box and the control panel if there is a cable break or not, use a digital avo meter to know.

22 Juli 2015

Instal rubber couplingInstal the rubber coupling so that the pump can work as well and the rubber coupling has the function of reducing vibration.

Instal cover coupling Cover rubber coupling has the function of protecting the coupling of foreign objects that exist at the site.

Instal heat shield Heat shield has a function to prevent the heat from the turbocharger into the engine valve room.

Replace sealing strip Sealing strip has a function to prevent oil leaking out and prevent impurities such as dust into the engine.

24 Juli 2015 Alighment

Alignment is to do the alignment of pump and engine by moving one component of the engine or pump. If the engine does not equal then the addition or subtraction sim while for fixed pump no additional sim.If there is a miss alighment engine vibration and pump are too high can cause damage to the pump unit taupun engine.

27 juli 2015 Instal the battery switch or Clipsal.

Clipsal or battery switch has the function to disconnect and connect the flow of electricity from battery to the starter motor.

28 Juli Instal working lamp dan strop lamp atau rotary lamp.

Working lamp unit has a function as lighting DND pump when operated at night and also for lighting at the time of maintenance such as adding oil and others.Strops lamp has a function as a sign that the engine is in a state of running or operating.

30-31 Juli 2015 Maintenance engine The replacement of components in the engine such as the replacement of oil filter, fuel filter and air cleaner.

3-5 Agustus 2015 Cleaning workshop Do it program 5R is (Ringkas Rapi Resik Rawat dan Rajin).

6 Agustus 2015 Replace coolant and oil on the engine

Replacing the coolant because the coolant has reached the point of maximum cooling so the coolant is not functioning properly.Replacing oil as a function of oil as a lubricant and also cool the engine was not functioning properly.

Oil storage pallet has a function as a place holder used oil storage drum and the new oil.This is to avoid the occurrence of oil spills residual oil.

18 Agustus 2015 Cleaning unit KSB

Cleaning the unit KSB newly arrived from the site.Purpose cleaning unit to clean the dirt that ad on the pump and the engine so as not to interfere with the work of the component system.
