Applicant should have C,onstructed & Maintained at-least (1) pubtictoilet block on PFT/She Toilets/BOTToilets in any one year in the last3 years (FY 2018-19,20t7-LA &20t6-t7), in any Municipality / State& Central govt. InsUtutions / Public Sectors / Multi NationalOrganizations etc. suppofting experience certjflcate should beuploaded.

Minimum Financial Qualification

. The Applicant should have

1. Minimum average Annual Turnover of INR tO Lkhs, in any one year in last (3) financial

years (FY 2018-19, ?rOL7'LA & 2016-17) as per the Audited Annual Accounts / any

supporting proof(certified by CA).

frms&Conditioni :

1) The c-onstruction, Repair &Maintenance of toilets will be done on Borbasis.2) The agency shall construct,Repair& maintain thetoilets.3) The allotment will be done for one year and it will be extended forfurther

(4) four years on performance basis.4) To participate in the tender, who have adequate experience in construction &

maintenance PFTs/She Toilets/BOTToi lets.5) The successful agency shall complete the Construction,Repair&maintenance of

toilet within a period of 12 months from the date of handing oVer thesite.6) The agency shall follow the minimum specification approved by the corporation

and it may vary depending upon the site conditions (length &width).7) The technical specifications i.e. foundations, structures, roofing, walls, flooring,

water supply , Drainage outlets, water , sanitary & electrical fittings and other' facilities shall not be compromised and further can improve to theeltendpossible.

8) The other conditions will be as per the existing Agreements entered by theGHMC on various agenciesmay be holdsgood.

9) All the costs for the Construction,Repair&maintenance charges shall be borne bythe agency during the concession period. GHMC will not pay any capital cost ormaintenance charges to theagency.

10) The user charges shall not be collected more than Rs. 2=00 per use of urinalsand Rs.5=00 per use oftoilet.

11) The surface of the external walls of the structure can be let out foradvertisement. The area on which the advertisements are displayed shall notexceed 70o/o of the surface area of external walls area. The remaining 30o/o ofthe area shall be left open to carry social messages as approved by theGHMC.

12) The public toilets, so Repair, maintained shall remove when ever ordered by thecommissioner, GHMG / The Executive Engineer, GHMC, No cbmpensation will bepaid what so ever.-

13) The public toilet shall remain open to public round the clock.14) It should be handed over in good condition to the Department after completion

of agreement period.15) Required water for washing and cleaning and electricity charges shall be' borne by the agency it self.

iii. Waterless Urinals in the White vitreous, of size 410X390X710, wall mounted, comprising ofUrinal body, SS trap, elbow, il/C pipe, Black Rubber Sleeve, Metal Hanger complete includingpainting of fittings and cutting and making good the walls and floors etc where everrequired.

iv. The waterless Urinals shall be coated with Calcium Nano-anti Bacterial Coating technology,the coating shall be coated at 1200 degreecentigrade.

v. The waterless urinal shall be hydrophobic and anti-bacterial: silver nanometer class anti-soil andBacterial -proof technology to be applied on high quality ceramic suface to adhere it with afine layer of nanometer structure, reaching high density and finish. The water absorption of theceramic surface shall be equal or leqs than 0.025, to make it difficult for urine to remain in bodyand odor eliminated. Ceramic bowl used in the system must be of good quality without showingany pin holes and hair line cracks thus to ensure long life anddurability.

vi. The design of body shall be smooth, making difficult for urine or dust to remain or formscales.

vii. The nano-bacterial coating shall be guaranteed for a period of 20 years, and the kaps usedin waterless urinals shall be guaranteed for life span of Syears.

viii' The replaceable caftridge to be used in the urinal shall have a minimum guaranteed life for10000uses

ix. The water absorption of the ceramic syrfage shall be equal to or less than 0.025, to make itdifficult for urine to remain in body and odoreliminated.

x' The Air Enclosing Technology trap or equivalent with stainless steel body to avoid any rusting orcorrosion' water less urinals must have.as an air trap for uric sediments ano io'conirot tnereverse gases from the drainage due to which bad odoi exist in $retoires.

vi. The officials authorized by the Commissioner, GHMC will supervise the work from time totime and point out any unsatisfactory service rendered by the pafi of the first part and shallbe entitled to give suggestions as may be considered necessary and the party of the first partshall be bound to carry out thework.

vii. In the event of incomplete and unsatisfactory service, negligence or slackness is found onthe party of the first part in carrying out the work, the Corporation shall call for the explanationand terminate the contract, if there is no improvement even after (repeated)instructions.

viii. The agency shall ensure that the labour engaged by him to carry out the work shall notclaim any right whatsoever against the corporation by virtue of service rendered under thiscontract and shall not hamper the work by resorting to demonstration, agitationetc.

i1. The agency shall be held responsible for all or any of the Act done by the staff /workers andshall be alone responsible for the payment of wages or any loss or damage calse Uv ttremduring the course of service or work undertaken ind shall ilso responsibd and oe tijute forpayment of any compensation under workmen compensation Act. The corporation will notliable for any such eventwhatsoever.

x. That agency shall not engage child labour and shall agree and permit the workers to availweekly off.

xi. The agency shall not sublease or assign any part or portion of the work or the whole on theU9:!t ol the commission to others. If such conduct or action is found and brought to the noticeof the Corporation,. the C.orporation is entitled to rescind and cancel the contractiltogether.

xii. The Commissioner, GHMC has the authority either to suspend or to cancel the contractwhen it is not desirable to continue the contract at any point of tme without giving anynotice.

xiii. The Commissioner, GHMC also reseryes the right to alter, modifo, change or remove any ofthe conditions mentioned in the agreement without any reason.
