36.8 trillion m3 of CBM/CMM resources are contained in coal fields in depth of above 2000m, as much as the total amount of conventional natural gas resources in China (35 trillion m3).CBM reserves in china are only less than Russian and Canada, which lies the third position in the word.

•煤储层压力低,煤层气降压解吸难度较大

• 我国32个矿区煤层气试井结果表明: 超压状态占33.2%;正常压力

状态占21.9%;欠压状态占45.3%。• It’s difficult to depressurize the coal bed adsorption because of low coal reservoir pressure. • The well test results of coalbed methane in 32 mines indicate that: 33.2% are over pressured;21.9% are under normal pressure condition; 45.3% are under insufficient pressure condition.

2005年之前,煤层气地面开发基本处于尝试阶段,从2005年开始,煤

层气井数增量开始加速,到2006年增速达到最高峰。

2008年,新打1033口地面井,数量与2004相比翻了十七倍之多,全国

建成地面煤层气产能20亿m³,煤层气产量约5亿m³,共钻探各类煤层气

井约3400口。

Before 2005, CBM Recovery with Surface Well is basically in the trial stage. The number of began to accelerate from 2005,the growth rate reached a peak in 2006.In 2008, 1033 incremeta surface wells was drilled, which 17 times more than in 2004. Coalbed Methane Recovery come to 2.0 billion m³/year, coalbed methane production is about 0.5 billion m³.All of drilled surface wells is 3400.

2008年,山西省抽采量达到24.6亿,占全国抽采量的43. 4%。辽宁、

黑龙江、安徽、河南、贵州、重庆6个省(市)抽采量超过2亿。

瓦斯抽采以采动卸压抽采为主,预抽量较低。

主要问题是渗透率低,抽出率低。

2.46 billion m3 CMM drained in Shanxi, accounting for 43. 4%. More than 200 million m3 CMM drained in each province including Shanxi, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Anhui, Henan, Guizhou and Chongqing. Gas drainage is mainly carried out under released pressure during mining and before mining. Main problems: low permeability and low recovery rate.

瓦斯利用率仅有30%左右,利用潜力很大,利用率偏低,其

原因:

•①我国大部分煤矿区地质条件复杂,渗透率低,多采用卸压抽采

进行瓦斯抽采,从而导致瓦斯抽采浓度偏低;

•② 低浓度瓦斯易爆炸,难利用 ,经济效益差;

•③ 政策受限制。

低浓度瓦斯利用是提高瓦斯利用率的关键

The CMM utilization efficiency is 0nly 30%, which lies low level and have great potential. What cause the result as fellow: ① most of our coal mining area geological conditions is complex and low permeability The low concentration gas were drained by the way of pressure relief drainage method ② LCG is easy to explose, difficult to use, low economic efficiency; ③ policy restrictions. LCG utilization is the key to increase the CMM efficiency .

主要用途:民用、发电、化工原料民用

2008年,我国民用煤层气(煤矿瓦斯)用户超过90万户,集输管网超过3200Km。

2008年10月,中国第一条跨省煤层气长输管道项

目获国家发改委核准,设计年输气能力为10亿m³。

CMM utilization methods: Household fuel, Power generation and chemical materials

Household fuelIn 2008,the number of civil CBM/CMM users in China has reached 0.9 million, and the total length of CBM transmission pipelines was 3200km. In October 2008, the first trans-provincial CBM long distance transmission pipeline project with the designed annual gas supply capacity of 1 billion m³ was approved by NDRC.

上海斯米克建筑陶瓷集团利用江西丰城矿务局的煤矿瓦斯作工业燃料,生

产建筑瓷砖。

发电:

截至2008年年底,全国煤层气发电机组1400台,总装机容量92万千

瓦。

2010年,煤层气发电利用量30亿m3以上,瓦斯发电装机容量150万千瓦

以上。

晋城120MW煤层气电厂已正式投产,是世界最大的煤层气发电项目。年

耗气1.8亿m3,发电量7.2亿千瓦时。

Power GenerationBy the end of 2008, 1400 CMM generator units with total

installed capacity of 920 Mw in ChinaCMM used for power generation will reach more than 3

billion m3, and the total installed capacity of generating sets will reach 1500 MW.

120 MW CMM power plant in Jincheng is in operation, the largest CMM power plant in the world, which will consume 180 million m3 CMM and generate the electricity of 720 million kWh.

煤层气液化地面煤层气(CBM)液化

地面煤层气(CBM)浓度一般在95%以上,经脱碳、脱硫、脱汞和脱水后,可

直接加压、深冷液化成LCBM。

矿井瓦斯(CMM)液化

矿井瓦斯(CMM)一般浓度较低且含有氧气,若直接加压液化会引起爆

炸。采用深冷精馏的方法,把含氧矿井瓦斯的分离和液化在低温的条件下同

步完成,提纯制得液化煤层气。该方法可把浓度为35%-50%矿井瓦斯的提

纯液化为浓度为99.8%的LNG。

CBM/CMM LiquefactionCBM LiquefactionConcentration of CBM is usually over 95%. After decarburization, desulfurization, demercuration and dehydration of CBM, CBM can directly be turned into LCBM with high pressure and low temperature.CMM LiquefactionIf directly pressured and liquefied, CMM with low methane content and oxygen can cause explosion. By cryogenic rectification, separation and liquefaction of CMM can be finished together at low temperature. By this technology, CMM with 35%-50% methane can been purified, liquefied and turned into LNG with 99.8% methane .

地面煤层气液化-港华煤层气液化项目

山西晋城无烟煤矿业集团和香港中化煤气公司共同投资,项目一期

设计规模为26.3万m³/d,二期设计规模为60万m³/d。

CBM Liquefaction- Ganghua CBM Liquefaction projectThis project were co-funded by Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group and Hong Kong and China Gas Group. Design capacity in first phase is 0.25 Mm3/d, and design capacity in second phase is 0.65 Mm3/d.

矿井瓦斯(CMM)液化-阳煤集团2.2万t/a LNG项目

项目地点位于山西阳泉煤业集团石港煤矿,原料气矿井瓦斯浓度≥35%,LNG产量为163 m³/d,约65 t/d。

CMM Liquefaction-22 thousand t/a LNG Project in Yangquan Mining GroupPlant site locates Shigang coal mine of Yangquan Mining Group. CMM Concentration is more than 35%,and output of LNG is 163m³/d,equivalent to 65t/d by weight。

2010年3月,国家安全生产监督管理总局颁布煤矿用非金属瓦斯输送管材安全技术条件瓦斯管道输送自动阻爆装置技术条件煤矿低浓度瓦斯管道输送安全保障系统设计规范煤矿低浓度瓦斯与细水雾混合安全输送装备技术规范等10项低浓度瓦斯输送和利用安全生产行业标准。

2010年7月1日实施

(1)中国煤层气资源十分丰富,随着国家和煤矿企业对煤矿安全的日益重视和出台相关鼓励政策,煤层气抽采量和利用量都有较大幅度增长;

(2)低浓度瓦斯输送和利用安全生产系列标准的颁布和《煤矿安全规程 》的修订,对提高低浓度瓦斯的利用率,促进节能减排,必将产生积极的推动作用;

(3)煤矿加大煤层气抽采量,以及低浓度瓦斯利用和通风瓦斯利用新技术的应用,提供了新的投资机会。

(4)建议国家研究制定更加有力的优惠政策,鼓励企业扩大煤层气利用规模。

6.结论与建议6.Conclusions

(1) China has abundant CMM/CBM resources and has made great progress in CBM/CMM development and utilization with concouraging policies.

(2) The series of technical standards forlow concentration gas transmission and safe utilization have been issued, which will result in increasing utilization of coal mine methane.

(3) Increasement of methane recovery and application of new technologies for utilization of CMM with low methane concentration and VAM provides great opportunities for

investment.(4)It is suggested the central government should working out further incentives to encourage enterprises

to utilize more methane recovered from active coal mines and virgin coal seams.
