本设备在工业用途上可做为冷却塔、湿润机，并适用各种工业制程的废气处理如：半导体、电子工业、金属工业、金属抛光研磨、造纸、化学、肥料制造、食品加工 ... 等

设备考虑因素：

一、本体 侧面、底部及背面厚度须能承受因风机之静压所产生之压力。顶端强度至少能支撑一个人的重量。设备之内、外表面有最大之抗腐蚀性，以确保使用寿命，并减少维修成本。所有人孔、喷水系统及内部与外壳相接的支撑设计均应考虑所承受的压力及抗腐蚀性。

二、循环水槽 洗涤塔最底部连接一循环水槽，提供洗涤塔约二至五公分之循环水量，设计上着重于经济性、操作维修方便性与耐腐蚀性。

三、洗涤液及分布系统 洗涤液可循环使用，亦可设计为批次操作或连续式自动操作，需要时补充少量新鲜之洗涤液，以便在吸收污染物后尚能维持其效率。洗涤液分布设计采用低压较大水量之喷嘴，发挥最大支均匀流率，以达到最高之洗涤效率。

Inside and out side the equipment has the biggest corrosion resistivity.4. Access manholes and internal supports attached to the shell are designed to withstand all expected stresses and corrosion resistance. II. SumpThe bottom of scrubber connects with an integral sump. The use of an integral sump gives a completely unitized, corrosion resistant scrubber at minimum cost. III. Liquid Distribution SystemThe scrubbing liquid is usually. To obtain the best possible liquid distribution. Spray header assemblies with low pressure. Large office spary nozzles are used, will achieve designed scrubber efficiency.

本設備在結構設計上均採耐腐蝕材料：PP、FRP。其中 FRP 的玻璃纖維含量約為 30%，與含量約 70% 的樹脂 (Vinylester or Polyester Resin) 混合而成，具抗腐蝕性。內部構造為濕潤填充層，使用之填充物為特拉瑞德 (Tellerette) 形式，其材質有PP、PVC、PE、PVDF...等，空隙率大，對氣流阻力小，接觸表面積大，物質移轉高度低，除霧層水氣去除率可達 99%，洗滌循環水槽均與機體結構合一，並設有必要之檢視孔、維修清潔孔、視窗、檢視爬梯 ... 等。

KMC provides PVC, PP or FRP in equipment construction for corrosion resistance. The FRP is composed of about 30% by weight of glass and other fibers and about 70% by weight of corrosion resistant Polyester or Vinylester resin. The PP (also available in PVC, PE, PVDF) made packing offers effective surface area which is created by countless interstitial holdup points where droplets are formed and reformed constantly, exposing fresh liquid to the gas stream.

The demisters maximum efficiency ceach to 99%. The construction features including recycle sump, manhole and access door and inspection ladder to ease the necessary maintenance.
