Travel is an Art"The resort offered the opportunity to work on a projectside by side with a local artist creating a tile mosaicwall in the neighboring community of Islita. Thisexperience by far was one of the highlights of ourentire week in Costa Rica. We were each given alarge square area to create our own story to leave inIslita. My husband created a scene with the Alaskanstate flower "Forget me Not". Fresh pineapple 200 grams

White wine vinegar 1tbsp

Spanish onion 200 grams

Fresh garlic 50 grams

Ketchup 4 cups

Canola oil 1/4 Cup

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro 100 grams

Japeño peppers 30 grams

Pineapple Grill SauceRoast the pineapple, Spanishonions, garlic and jalapeños and letcool down to room temperature.

Blend with the ketchup and freshcilantro.

Fold in the canola oil, white winevinegar, and salt+pepper to taste.

Enjoy with your favorite meat orveggies.

Add a little tropical flair to your favorite Summer BBQ!
