Cong Ty Co Phin Thu6c Sat Trung V iet Nam- V TPESCO tu hio la nhi

doanh ngiy cing mo rong va phat trien tren khap lanh tho V iet Nam. V ipesco
cung tilp tuc diu tu xiy dung hai Chi nhinh tai HuS va Ha Noi de dam bio phuc
vu kip thai nhu cau cua khach hang.
Ben canh hoat dpng san xuat, kinh doanh trong nuac, V ipesco cung rat
coi trong hap tac va xuat khau san pham ra nuac ngoai. San pham cua Cong ty
Men dang duac xuat khau sang mot so nuac Chau A nhu: Dai Loan, Myanmar,
Malaysia, Campuchia...
Cung vai viec xuat khau san pham, V ipesco con co su hap tac ve mat ky
thuat va cong nghe vai nMeu cong ty tai cac nuac khac nhau tren ca sa hai ben
cung co loi. Cong Ty co 2 lien doanh dang hoat dong Meu qua:
+ Cong ty Mosfly V iet Nam Industries: chuyen san xuat nhang muoi va binh xit
muoi Mosfly.
+ Cong ty V iguato: L ien doanh giua V ipesco va cong ty Zhejiang Huifeng
Biochem - Trung Quoc san xuat nguyen lieu V alidamycin.

Nganh kinh doanh thuoc sat trung la nganh ma trong do muc dp tham gia
mdi ciia cac doi thii canh tranh la kha de dang do chi phi diu tu ban dau khong
cao, cong ty chi cin nhip hoat chit ve gia cong, dong gdi bao bi va dan nhan
hieu dem ban. Ben canh do, tinh dao due nghe nghiep ciia cac doanh nghiep nho

phim chit, giy ton thit vd cung ldn cho su ton fed ciia Cong ty va su phat trien
ben vung cua nganh. Ngoai ra, Cong ty con chiu su canh tranh tir cac sin phim
tucmg tu ciia Trung Qudc vdi cac chung loai sin phim da d^mg va gia thanh
canh tranh han. De giim thieu nii ro canh tranh, Cong ty chu dong da dang hda

Cac san pham cua V IPESCO gan lien voi san xuat ndng nghiep nen co tinh

dan cu, can phai di ddi vd khu cong nghiep tap trung. Cong ty da co ke hoach:

nguydn lieu tu cac nha cung cap ldn, co nang luc va uy tin d cac qudc gia tren.
Rui ro ty gia hdi doai
Phin ldn nguydn lieu diu vao cua V IPESCO (cac loai hda chat) phai nhap
khau, do do, chi phi diu vao cua Cdng ty chiu anh hudng ldn cua bidn ddng ty
gia hdi doai. Tuy nhidn, trong cac nam gan day, Chinh phii duy tri chinh sach ty
gia on dinh nen hoat ddng kinh doanh cua Cdng ty cung it chiu anh hudng bdi
rui ro ty gia hdi doai.

Thudc bao vd thuc vat sd dung nhidu lo i hoa chat co anh hudng nguy hai
tdi siic khoe con ngudi va gay rui ro d nhidm mdi trudng. La doanh nghiep hoat
ddng trong lihh vuc san xuat va kinh doanh thuoc bao vd thuc vat, V IPESCO da
dp dimg he thong quan ly mdi trudng ISO 14000 nham kiem soat mdi trudng tren
ca sd danh gia cac rui ro d nhidm mdi trudng. Cdng ty da dau tu cac he thong xu
ly khi thai, nude thai, xu ly bui - mui, chat thai ran phat sinh tai cac ca sd san
xudt - kinh doanh cua Cong ty deu dupe chuyen giao cac don vj co chiic nang
xii ly dung quy dinh..

• Hoat dong nghien cihi va phat trien san pham.
Cong tac Nghien ciiu hda, c6ng nghe san xuat, dinh mure vat tu: Tong so
mlu thu nghiem trong nam 2017 la 2.200 cong thiic; trong do 246 cong
thuc ap dung vao san xuat (DMV T); cai tien 14 san pham dang hru hanh
theo hudng nang cao chat lupng, giam gia thanh san pham; nghien cuu 23
cong thuc san pham mdi ph\ic vu cho cong tac dang ky san pham trong
nude va xuat khau sang nude ngoai.
Cong tac dam bao chat lupng san pham: Trong nam da thuc hien 5.553

bao chat hrong diu ra tot nhat cho toan bp san pham cua Cong ty.
Cong tac nghien cuu, thu nghiem sinh hoc: Trong n5m da tien hanh 53 thu
nghiem hieu lye sinh hoc cua san pham moi, san pham cai tiin; tham gia
viet bai dang tren bao Nong nghipp, dai phat thanh; tong hop 4,3 tan giong
Trichoderma cho san xuat che pham sinh hoc V i- DK ;cung cap 620 lit EM
khu mui cho Nha may Nong dupe Binh Duong; trien khai xil ly moi truong
cho cac don vi thanh vien trong Cong ty.
X ay dung qui trinh x\i ly thuoc V ipesco phong trir sau benh tren cay dt,
nghien cdu ung dvmg bp nam gay hai pho bien tren cay trong de test nhanh
hieu lpc cua thuoc trong phong thi nghiem. Tiep tuc nghien cuu de tai phan
lap giong Penicilinium (phuong phap bao quan, co dac dich chiet, t o thanh
pham).Tham gia cung Phong kinh doanh thuc hien Demo sii diong thuoc
BV TV tren cay trong.
Ngoai ra con nhieu bien phap cai tien ky thuat dupe ap diuig de nang cao
chat lupng san pham, giam gia thanh, gdp phan tang nang luc canh tranh

-K ilm tra, giam sat viec trien khai va thuc hien Nghi quyet ciia Dai hqi
ddng c6 dong thudng nien nam 2017 doi vdi Hoi dong quan tri, Ban dieu
hanh Cong ty.
-Giam sat viec thuc thi Phap luat, chap hanh nghia vu ciia Doanh nghiep
theo quy dinh cua Phap luat.
-Dinh ky trao doi thong tin, nhiem vu giua cac thanh vien Ban kiem soat ve
tinh hinh hoat dong ciia Cong ty, kiem tra dinh ky Bao cao tai chinh va
tham dinh Bao cao cua K ilm toan doc lap trudc khi phat hanh, tu d6 co
nhung kiln nghj kip thai tdi HDQT, Ban dieu hanh Cong ty, xu ly nhanh
chong va hieu qua cac v^n de phat sinh.
-Cu the, Ban kiem soat Cong ty da dua ra nhieu kien nghi duqc HDQT va
Ban dieu hanh Cong ty tiep thu va co bien phap xii ly kip thoi. Ngoai ra
viec kiem soat chi phi, cong tac thu hoi n kho doi cung duqc Ban kiem
soat Cong ty dua vao nhiem vq muc tieu nham xuc tien cac bien phap
quy^t liet hon trong xii ly no xau va kiem soat chi phi tai cac don vi thanh

Thuoc sat trung V iet Nam tai ngay 31 thang 12 nam 2017, cung nhu ket qua
hoat dong kinh doanh va tinh hinh luu chuyen tien te cho nam tai chinh ket thuc
cung ngay, phu hop vod Chuan muc, Che dp ke toan doanh nghiep V iet Nam
hien hanh va cac quy dinh phap ly co lien quan den viec lap va trinh bay bao cao
tai chinh hop nhat.
2. Bao cao tai chinh duoc Mem toan/Audited financial statements
Truong hop theo quy dinh phap luat ve ke toan va kiem toan, cong ty phai lap
Bao cao tai chinh hop nhat hoac Bao cao tai chinh tong hop thi Bao cao tai
chinh trinh bay trong Bao cao thuong nien la Bao cao tai chinh hop nhat dong
thai neu dia chi cong bo, cung cap bao cao tai chinh cua cong ty mp hoac Bao
cao tai chinh tong hop hoac Bao cao tai chinh cua don vi ke toan cap
tt n/A udited annual financial statements include: Balance sheet; Income
statement; Cashflow statement; Financial Statements Explaination. In case the
company has to prepare consolidated or general Financial Statements in
accordance to the law on accounting and audit, the Financial Statements
presented in the Annual Reports shall be the consolidated Financial Statements;
and the addresses where the financial statements of the parent company or the
general Financial Statements or the financial statements of superior accounting
units to be published and provided).
