Founded in 2002, OptimumNano Energy Co., Ltd is located in

Pingshan New District, Shenzhen, with more than 5000

employees, including 1000 R&D engineers. As the leading

manufacturer of LiFePO4 Battery in China, OptimumNano

produces 500,000pcs of 32650 cells every day

Also, OptimumNano is one of the first domestic enterprises, who

successfully develop LiFePO4 New Energy Power Battery, Engine

Start Battery and Energy Storage Battery, achieving large-scale

production and batch application. With 273 patents, including

81Utility Patent and 5 international patents, Our technical indicators

are in the international advanced level.

OptimumNano is cooperating with many domestic first-class auto

enterprises, such as XIAMEN GOLDEN DRAGON BUS, NANJING

GOLDEN DRAGON BUS, WUZHOULONH MOTORS,

DONGFENG BUS, SINOTRUK, FAW BUS AND COACH,

JOYLONG AUTOMOBILE and so on.

So far, more than 30,000 Evs have been equipped with our

LiFePO4 Battery System , running in over 31 provinces and cities,

such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Xiamen,

Hangzhou, Haikou, Shenyang, Shannxi,Hefei, Xiangyang,

Chengdu, Chongqing, Kunming etc. And the LiFePO4 Battery

Packs were exported to over 40 countries and region on six

OptimumNano Battery Research Institute was established in Dec.

2014, relying on the strong capital strength and industrial capacity,

absorbing the advanced battery technology home and abroad,

organizing the professional research team to carry out the engineering

technology research and development, realizing the basic research

and industrialization seamless joint, through cooperation of Industry,

academia and research. The Basic Task of the Institute is: develop

new battery materials and technique; develop battery module, battery

pack technology and BMS; create battery material and battery system

measurement stand. Combine with development of the new energy

vehicle, smart grid, we continuously explore the way to improve the

production technology of the power battery, to improve the product

quality, also to provide the technical support according to improve the

pre-sale and after-sale service. Meanwhile, we will provide

technological development, technological consultant and technological

service for special battery system, new material and new process.

The Institute includes four department, Cell Research Institute,

Electronic Research Institute, Mechanical Design Institute and Project

Management Department. Our Institute has over 1000 R&D engineers

and also attract many excellent talents from China and overseas

Product Type

LiFeP04 single cell with a small size, light weight,

environmental protection, high security, long life and

other advantages. Battery models have

38120,32605,26650,22650,18650,18500,14500,14430

and other 8 series, 32650-5Ah and 38120-10 / 12Ah

batteries are company's mainly product, used for

different kinds of battery pack, other cells are used

separately

Vehicle battery pack with 32650-5Ah battery cell,

according to customer demand to make different

types of batteries, by reducing the number of batteries

in parallel to better ensure the consistency of the

battery. The battery pack waterproof, dustproof, good

seismic performance and heat dissipation. Using the

most advanced battery management system (BMS),

automatic detection of battery temperature, voltage,

current, insulation and SOC. Using the most

advanced lossless balanced and LCD. Currently used

in pure electric buses, passenger cars, trucks and

other logistics vehicles .

UPS storage battery pack is battery module which

made of many cells ,The BMS protect battery from

Over-charging ,Over-discharging .Small Volume,

easy to move, mainly for solar energy, storage

systems, household appliances, communication

power and a variety of backup power. Currently there

are 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V and other energy storage

battery pack. Regarding packing, it has PVC film,

plastic shell, aluminum, metal boxes, etc.
