Paor Tsann introduced the newest machine from the U.S.A and Europe. It adopts a new design of double entrance of stove, which can be controlled manually, and has higher production efficiency. It can print different shapes of products such as pillars, sticks, tubes, plates, squares, circles, separate sizes of things…etc. All products are customized, qualified, and made by our professional technicians. In the past, we use baked painting and surface electroplating, but it can’t reach the effect of natural grain. Now, this new machine can overcome all the shortage. Paor Tsann will provide good quality of products and try the best for customers.

Vacuum thermal transfer printing technology is some kind of art that complies with the trend of environmental protection and will not cause the pollution. It can print

on some metal materials like cooper, Iron, aluminum. It can prevent from the erosion of termites and it’s recyclable that can reduce the rate of deforestation.

It can be used in indoor decoration or public space because it contains no lead and formaldehyde of toxic materials.

These can be transferred and printed with good weather resistance of powder coating and comply with the coating regulations, AAMA2604&AAMA2605 in the U.S.A. It is anti-corrosion and can endure sunshine.

The printed wood grain will not fade and has clear appearance, purity, and nature characters.

The printed grain has soft and natural color so that can well match with the environment.

熱轉印是一種真空紋路轉印技術，是在高溫約 200°狀態下利用真空貼合壓力，使轉印油墨滲透進入塗膜內層（參照比

較圖），滲入深度達 30μm 以上，能有效與塗料結合在一起，可讓轉印木紋紋路更清晰持久，可耐紫外線 (UV) 直接照

射不褪色，具有防火、防潮、耐候優質特性，各種圖案紋路、仿自然質材皆可印製，熱轉印技術是創時代革命性變革。

Vacuum transfer printing for wood grain is new technology that the printing ink can permeate into the inner layer of membrane by vacuum pressure at 200°C (See the comparison figure). The depth penetration is above 30μm. It can combine with the coating efficiently, be clearer and durable for the wood grain, resist UV and prevent the color from fading, and have the advantage of fire

prevention, moisture-proof , and weatherproof. This is such an epochal innovation for printing into all kinds of grain

and natural effect.

Established in 1982, Paor Tsann Enterprise Co., Ltd. located at Jiushui Township, Changhua County, initially concentrated and built its fame on the development of traveling and heavy-weight luggage cart. In 2007, due to the continuous business expansion, we decided to relocate the original Puxin plant to the present Lugang plant at Changhua Coastal Industrial Park.
