Descripción general: Las anillas de llavero están fabricadas con maquinaria de alta precisión y aceros de primera calidad. Tras su fabricación son sometidas a un completo sistema de pulido por vibración en el cual se obtiene la textura y el acabado óptimo. A continuación son expuestas a un minucioso tratamiento térmico, donde adquieren la resistencia y elasticidad necesaria. Finalmente y en su último proceso, las anillas de llavero son tratadas mediante recubrimiento electrolítico para adquirir el acabado deseado, siendo normalmente el níquel el acabado estándar.


ANILLAS NORMALES STANDARD KEY RINGS

General description: The split key rings are made with high precision machines and steels of high quality. After manufacture are subjected to a complete vibration polishing system in which the texture is obtained and the optimum finish and exposed to a thorough heat treatment, where they acquire the necessary strength and elasticity. Finally, in the latter process, the split key rings are treated by electroplating to acquire the desired finish, usually being the standard nickel finish.

Descripción general: Los imanes de ferrita están compuestos por hierro, boro y bario más estroncio o molibdeno. Existen dos tipos de imanes de ferrita, estos pueden ser isótropos (imantación a una sola cara) o anisótropos (imantación en ambas caras). Las ferritas tienen una alta permeabilidad magnética, lo cual les permite almacenar campos magnéticos con más fuerza que el hierro. Los imanes de ferrita al estar formados por materiales cerámicos son muy frágiles a cualquier impacto o deformación, aunque por otro lado son muy resistentes a temperaturas muy diversas.


General description: Ferrite magnets are made with iron, boron and barium more strontium or molybdenum. There are two types of ferrite magnets, these can be isotropic (magnetization to one side) or anisotropic (magnetization on both sides). Ferrites have high magnetic permeability, which allows them to store stronger magnetic fields than iron. Ferrite magnets to be formed from ceramic materials are very fragile to any impact or deformation, but otherwise are very resistant to many different temperatures.
