Students who enroll in at least 6 credit hours may be eligible for South Carolina Lottery Tuition Assistance. These funds cover part of tuition cost for FDTC courses taught online or on the FDTC campus. It is the responsibility of all students to obtain required textbooks and supplies for all FDTC courses. How can I benefit from dual enrollment courses? Students can earn college credit while meeting high school graduation requirements. Students will gain valuable college preparation. Students may explore areas of interest before declaring a college major. Most dual enrollment courses are weighted the same as AP/IB courses. How do I qualify? Be a High School Junior or Senior Parent Approval School Approval SAT, ACT or ACCUPLACER scores Acceptance to FDTC Proof of South Carolina residency Students who require special testing or accommodations should contact the Student Disability Specialist at 843-661-8124.
