• Paciente consciente tiene la capacidad de informar dolor o parestesias: incrementa seguridad de la intervención
• No hay evidencia de que la neuroestimulación, verificación de presión intraneural o guía ecográfica disminuyan el riesgo de lesión neurológica en pacientes con compromiso del sensorio
