At Pioneer, education is one of our passions. Sharing our extensive knowledge and experience in the elds of reliability and mechanical engineering is what we enjoy doing most. We are one of the only full-service engineering rms in the country that offers a multi-disciplinary training and education program. In our hands-on Dynamic Balancing course, students will learn how to properly identify and diagnose unbalance as well as perform single and two plane eld balancing. Attendees will diagnose unbalan ce using phase analysis coupled with traditional spectral analysis and will learn the single plane vector method in order to understand the balancing procedure. Tips and tricks from years of experience are shared with students throughout the course to ensure they can successfully perform dynamic balancing in the eld. Students should be able to manipulate simple algebraic equations, use a basic scientic calculator, and be familiar with the operation of personal computers. The certication exam consists of 20 questions with a two hour time limit. It is closed book but a summary sheet of formulae is provided. A minimum score of 75% is required for passing. This course fullls requirements for parts of Category II – IV certication. All of our courses can be tailored to t your learning style and are available in both a public and private setting. Whether you are interested in attending our classes at our facility or would like a private class at your site, we will customize our classes to suit your needs, worldwide.
