2009 年 : 香港 - 内地两地上市证券信息合作项目（ A+H项 目 ); 2012 年，再续签两年

i. Price Change with effective from 1st October 2011

2011 年 10 月 1 号价格调整开始生效• License Fee: 年费 Level 1: From US$60,000 to US$40,000 per annum

Level 1 ：由每年 6 万美金降至 4 万美金

Level 2: Rebate Fee for Information Vendors reach certain number of End Users, 2 Information Vendors meet the requirement

Level 2 ：年費回饋予達至終端數目要求之客戶，現有兩家客戶達標

on SSE

stock

丰富静态数据库：例如个股的交易限制• Reduce workload for Vendors for data entry

给使用量较低的信息商提供按次报价服务• License Fee can be as low as US$3,000 per year

• US$0.5 cent per quote access

不提供市场深度

iv. China Investment Information Platform 中国投资信息平台-Established in 2009, now we have three partners: CSI, DCE and ZCE

成立于 2009 年， 目前合作的伙伴有：中证指数， 大连商品交易所与 郑州商品交易所

-CSI is our first partner, jointly launch China Indices in 2010, 28 real time China Indices clients up to April 2012.

中证指数是我们第一个合作伙伴，合作从 2010 年开始。截止到2012

年 4 月有 28 家实时的中证指数客户

- DCE and ZCE joint in 2011, authorized one DCE and one ZCE licensee respectively

2011 年与大连商品交易所，郑州商品交易所成为合作伙伴，通过我 们公司已分别授权一家信息商

- We will provide real time DCE and ZCE market data through our Level 2 platform by Q3 2012.

从 2012 年第三季度开始，我们将通过 Level 2 平台向我们的客户提供
