ISO 9001

ISO 9001 identifica una serie di norme e linee guida sviluppate

dall’ISO (International Organization for Standardization), che pro-

pongono un sistema di gestione per la qualità dei processi indiriz-

zati al miglioramento dell’efficacia e dell’efficienza dell’organizza-

zione aziendale.

C Luce ha conseguito nel corso del 2008 la certificazione del pro-

prio Sistema di Gestione per la Qualità attualmente conforme alla

norma ISO 9001:2015 con documento di certificazione n° 800338.

ment System approval in accordance with the current ISO 9001: 2015

Il completo sviluppo dei prodotti all’interno dell’azienda permette

di proporre una gamma di articoli tecnologicamente all’avanguar-

dia e dal design moderno ed attuale, basando ogni sforzo sull’idea

che il prodotto C Luce debba essere sicuro, affidabile ed a basso

impatto ambientale, ponendo la massima attenzione sulla sicurez-

za del prodotto tramite le omologazioni, sulla massima efficienza

delle ottiche per mezzo di progettazione accurata e l’utilizzo delle

più moderne ed evolute tecnologie. Ogni apparecchio d’illumina-

zione presente nella collezione C Luce è interamente progettato

e realizzato in Italia, viene ideato e poi prodotto seguendo input

attenti alle ricerche di marketing, curandone ogni dettaglio affinché

nulla venga lasciato al caso.

Every luminaire in the C Luce collection is completely designed and

manufactured in Italy, it is designed and then produced following at-

the lighting design for the creation of environments that provide ma-

ximum livability and comfort, in situations of complex projects such

C Luce cooperates with an external industry-leading Italian com-

pany that, thanks to measuring equipment, like last generation pho-

togoniometers, produce the digital files that will be then used for the

lighting design intended for a simulated environment to be lit.

CERTIFICAZIONICertifications

ENEC è il marchio europeo di conformità alle norme EN per gli

apparecchi di illuminazione e suoi componenti, istituito in ambito

CENELEC dagli enti di certificazione che hanno aderito ad un ac-

cordo denominato “Lum Agreement” per un comune e reciproco

riconoscimento di un marchio unico.

Il marchio ENEC viene rilasciato da uno qualsiasi degli enti firmatari

dell’accordo e riconosciuto automaticamente da tutti gli altri; viene

rilasciato solamente sulla base di norme europee armonizzate EN.

A fianco del marchio ENEC viene comunque posto un numero che

identifica l’ente che lo ha rilasciato.

Il marchio ENEC si basa sull’applicazione di alcuni principi, tra i qua-

li:

• Il costruttore di apparecchi di illuminazione deve disporre di

un Sistema di Qualità Aziendale certificato UNI EN ISO 9001.

• Il marchio è concesso in maniera indipendente da un organis-

mo neutro.

• Il prodotto è soggetto a sorveglianza nella sua fase produttiva

da parte dell’ente che ha rilasciato il certificato di conformità.

• Il marchio ENEC è quindi un marchio Europeo ad alto valore

basato su severi criteri di concessione.

ENEC is the European mark of conformity to the EN standards for

lighting fittings and its components established within the CENELEC

organization by certification which have acceded to an agreement

called “Lum Agreement” for a common and mutual recognition of a

single mark.

The ENEC mark shall be issued by any signatories to the agreement

and automatically recognized by all the others; it shall be issued only

on the basis of harmonised EN European standards. On the side of

the ENEC mark there is a number that identifies the issuing body.

The ENEC mark is based on the application of certain principles:

The manufacturer of lighting equipments must be certified by a Certi-

fied Quality System UNI EN ISO 9001.

The ENEC mark is independently granted by a neutral body.

The certified product is subject to surveillance in its production phase

by the body which issued the conformity certificate.

Therefore the ENEC mark is a high value European mark based on

strict granting criteria.

Su una superficie di oltre 3.000 m2 è dislocata la sede di Melzo,

un’officina meccanica creata per la lavorazione e la produzione di

tutti i componenti metallici da noi utilizzati e per la realizzazione di

prototipi per i nuovi prodotti.

All’interno, fornito di mezzi tecnologicamente avanzati e di nuo-

vissima generazione, il nostro personale specializzato opera per

consentirci di avere in tempi rapidi tutto il materiale necessario

per l’assemblaggio dei prodotti, mantenendo un elevato standard

qualitativo.

On a total area of more than 3,000 m2 is located our Melzo facility, a

brand mechanical workshop created for processing and production

of all metallic components of our products and for the proto-types

realization.

Equipped with technologically advanced and brand new generation

machinaries, our staff work to provide all the necessary components

to assemble the final product allowing us to maintain a high quality

Embracing this philosophy by investing in financial and human

resources means to closely follow the whole manufacturing and

production processes and phases, accompanied by a scrupulous

control of the components, which transform the raw material into

products that distinguish C Luce on the market for its design and

technology. The finished product is realized through the use of high

tech machines, including 100/160 tons power presses, and, as the

last entry, a high precision rotating head stamp machine.
