Mr V Putin, President,

as much as you were dealing with what you deemed terrorist when they

took possession of a theater in Moscow, and held that you were entitled to take on terrorist, then

the same principle applies to the Ukraine. In my view you ought to condemn the terrorist conduct

in eater Ukraine by people wanting to join the Russian Federation, as you need to consider also10

that if they were to join the Russian Federation then you are basically welcoming terrorist who

may in time to come do the same in the Russian Federation if they have a dispute with you or

other authority. Consider that if the same kind of terrorism was eventuating in some SouthAmerican country would you then likewise provide support for their terrorism? Or is it just that

you are narrow minded seeing only a short term benefit of expanding the Russian Federation, at15

all cost regardless that it might in the end perhaps become your own downfall? If the Russian are

cause to bleed as result of uprising within the Russian Federation then you may regret the days

you didn’t act against the Crime and other uprisings to support terrorism.

In my view your conduct and that of the Russian Federation has caused these problems, this as I

view you ought never have put Russian troops in Crimea, and by doing so and supporting an20

unconstitutional referendum for Crimea purportedly separate from Ukraine is the basic problem

that resulted in the current problems also. As I indicated previously Chechnya can flare up again

 because they see that you ignore the sovereign rights and indeed the constitutional rights of the

Ukraine despite past assurances to honour its sovereign boundaries, and how many Russians will

then die within the Russian Federation when other area’s within the Russian Federation see that25

if you rebel and take over and burn down police stations, etc, then you will succeed.

How many areas of the Russian Federation are now contemplating to separate from the Russian

Federation and thanks to your kind of leadership have gained the perfect reason to push for this?

In my view, the current Ukraine situation can be easily stopped by you making clear that you will

not have anyone acting as terrorist within the Ukraine to become citizens of the Russian30

Federation. The violence shown by the Russian speaking Ukraine’s, including the burning down

of police station, etc, cannot be supported by any competent leader because to do so is to incite

unrest and promote terrorism. Again, I call upon you to show true leadership and denounce

the violence and destruction by the Russian speaking Ukraine citizens and to withdraw allRussian troops from the border so the terrorist will not take it that the deployment of35

Russian troops is supporting their terrorism conduct.Perhaps you may perceive this as a battle between the Russian Federation and the West, but to

me it is about your competence as a statesman to be able to be able a model Russian citizen who

will not blatantly disregard the real long term interest of the Russian Federation.
