I  only  source  talent  from  LinkedIn.   Noob.  

One source, however great, should never be the sole ingredient in your talent sourcing cake.

4) Talented people share their skills, ideas, and dreams

everywhere

5) Talented people create unique online communities about their hobbies and

passions

There  are  going  to  be  so  many  car  experts  at  

the  red  bus  rally!
