甚么是’家’What constitute a ‘home’

* 一班在一个家聚会的 B/S 和新人a group of B/S within one home

* 五六个单身弟兄和新人* 五六个单身姊妹和新人5 or 6 single brothers or sisters

* 网上连起来的一班 friends 加粉丝Some friends linked up on internet to form a social group

* 一个小分区里的 B/S 和新人* 一个大分区里的 B/S 和新人Saints from a district

Step by step1. IDENTIFY 找出可能有负担作家主者 , 宣

传负担 .Identify potential house coordinators

2. SPONSOR 一天的家主陪训班 (1 天 4 堂 ,一次过陪训 , 搞清楚观念 , 作法 , 拿资料袋 ,etc).Sponsor a one-day orientation for them

3. 帮助家主完成几件事 :Help them to:

a. 找出帮手 ( 建立牧养团队 ) find their helpersb. 由家主自己主办一次’帮手陪训班’ , 建立起牧养团队 .( 用现成供应材料 ) set up ‘helper orientation’c. 与帮手一同找出可照顾的新人 find new onesd. 和帮手配搭向新人宣传这操练 , 鼓励新人参加 .

没有负担得新人的不合适参加不想在家里办训练的人不合适参加

有负担但不想照这路训练的不需参加有负担也想办训练但不想报名登记只

想拿材料的不需要登记一个家有人参加有人不参加 OK

A Reminder!This training is only for those ‘homes’ that wants to gain

new ones.Those who do not have a burden for new ones should not

join this training.Those who do not want to have trainings in the homes

should also not join this training.Those who have a burden for trainings but want to do

them their own ways do not need to be registered for this training and exercise.

Not everyone in your home will want to participate in this training and exercise.

Keep up the fellowship with the elders and serving ones.

Three kinds of Open Homes

1. Those that only open for Lord’s Table meetings with no perfecting.

2. Those that have some perfectings but do them their own ways.

3. Those who join our TECH

Three ways to participate in TECH

A. In the homes, with no interaction with the internet. (But they need to register and send in the reports to churchlifeinthehomes.org)B. In the homes, but use powerpoint and/or video clips from internet to help their meeting.C. Everything on the internet, even the meetings themselves.
