Kingdom of God is like soil

Farmer needs good soil for cultivation.

The good soil becomes the source

that soil is our heart / our being

The seed is so significant for good harvest.

Two types of seeds – a. good seedsb. bad seeds

Good seeds- Good harvest, Bad seeds- bad harvest

Farmer chooses always good seeds for rich harvest;

How do we act when we learn that God’s kingdom is in our midst and require a response from us?

Kingdom of God be like Mustard seed - Tree

Average mustard seed

weight is 0.002 gram.

This is the smallest seed

among all seeds at the

time of Jesus.

The metaphor seems to be a surprising choice for

Jesus’ description of God’s kingdom.

If So the weight of Kingdom of God is 0.002 gram.

The mustard seed is small,

but the fully grown mustard

plant becomes the greatest

of all shrubs.

Compared to the worldly

kingdoms, God’s kingdom

does not seem unusually

large. But it has branches

large enough that the birds

of the air can make nests in

its “shared”

Kingdom of God is within - Exile from the body, make our home with God.

Kingdom of God is in other- neighbour friend, family and enemy.

Kingdom of God - Amidst us

Kingdom of God invites all even sinners.

We, sinners are Kingdom of God.

My friend in Africa says: Being with poor is living in the Kingdom of God. Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven: Blessed ae pure in heart, for they will see God- kingdom of God. (Mt:5:1-10)
