グローバル法務専攻 専門職学位課程（法務修士）（仮称）標準修業年限1年（パートタイム1.5年・2年） 使用言語：英語 入学定員30名（予定）

１．開設趣旨慶應義塾大学大学院法務研究科は、既存の法科大学院である「法務（法曹養成）専攻」（J.D.）に併設して、英語を

使用言語とし、標準修業年限1年（パートタイム1.5年・2年）で学位取得が可能な「グローバル法務専攻」（LL.M.)（仮称）を開設します。

２．養成する人材渉外法務などグローバルなフィールドで活躍できる法曹およびグローバル企業・国際機関のリーガル・スタッフを養成

します。そのために次の方々を受け入れます。①グローバル案件の担当能力の向上を目指す弁護士・法科大学院修了生②グローバル企業の法務スタッフ③日本やアジアでの法律実務に興味を持つ海外からの留学生（J.D.取得者）④修士号を取得し国際機関で働くことを希望する学部卒業生

３．出願資格およびアドミッション・ポリシー・大学（学部）を卒業した者（飛び級、卒業見込みの者を含む）に出願資格が与えられます。・アドミッションズ・オフィスにより選考 ・法律学の基礎の修得（法学部卒業程度）が求められます。

・英語能力（TOEFL iBT 92点以上。100点以上が望ましい）・ステートメント・推薦状

・完全セメスター制ですので、春入学（4月）および秋入学（9月）のいずれも可能です。

５．ディプロマ・ポリシー・取得できる学位：グローバル法務修士（専門職）（仮称）

（注）本学位は、日本や諸外国の司法試験受験資格とは関係ありません。・修了に必要な単位（30単位以上）・履修モデル 1年モデル（原則）

法律実務の基礎を修得している者（法曹・法科大学院修了者またはそれに準ずる者）1.5年または2年モデル

ゆっくり学ぶことを希望する弁護士等の社会人学部卒業生（1年で修了することも可能です）

・海外提携校への半年の留学（15単位を上限として認定）提携校：コーネル、ジョージタウン、UCLA、ワシントン大学（アメリカ）、パリ政治学院

延世（韓国）、清華（中国）、国立台湾、シンガポール・マネジメント大学など・ワシントン大学ロースクール（シアトル）とのダブルディグリー・プログラム
