What is to be done?

Metastasis of GCT

• Lung, rarely soft tissue and a case report of breast

• Hematogenous seeding to other skeleton?

• Metachronous lesion?– Bone scan(2003): solitary lesion – Bone scan(2007): around knee and chest, no

lesion around pelvis
