D'w Koiitrnllkomrnission soll sich nicht an dem Sitz des G e s c h à f t s -fiiliieiiden i lauptausschusses befinden. Verantwor t l i ch ist die Kontrol l -koHuuissioii dem Parteitag.

11. Die Anzahl der Mitglieder des Geschâftsfiihrenden Hauptaus-scluisses besiinnnt der vom Par te i tag festgesetztc Vorort . D i e in den MauptausschulJ gewiiiilten Genossen haben die laufenden Parteigeschafte von einem Parteitag bis zum darauf folgenden zu erledigcn.

12. Mindestens aile drei Monate, bei auftauchenden Strei tfragen sofort, liât dcr ZeiilralausschuB zusammenzutreten.

D c r ZfutralausschuB bestelit ans je einem von den Wirtschaftsbezirken gewahlten Delegierten und den Mitgliedern des Geschâftsfiihrenden Haupt­ausschusses. ' •*

D e m ZentralausschuB stelit das R e d i t zu, vorbehaltlich dcr nach-tiagliclien Zustinnnung des Parteitages, die iMitglicder des Geschâftsfiih­renden Hauptausschusses abzuberufen und durch andcre zu crsetzen,

Dem Vorort stcht ebenfalls das oblge Recht zu. Dcrse lbe hat nach Abberufuug sofort eine ZentralausschuBsitzung einzuberufcn.

D e r Geschaftsfiihrende HauptausschuB sowie der ZentralausschuB kônnen im Nanien der Partei nur dann in die Oeffentlichkeit treten, wenn es sich um eine Stellungnahme handelt, die in der allgemeinen Linie des Prograiinus und der festgelegtcn T a k t i k liegt. »In P r a g e n , in denen dièse Korperschaften eine Aenderinig der bisherigen T a k t i k fiir erforderlich hal ­ten und ans tcchnischen Gri indcn eine sofortige StcMungnahme der Mit-gliedscliaft nicht moglich ist, kônnen sie nur mit dem Namen dcr betreffen­den Kôrperschaft , nicht im Namen der P a r t e i zcichnen.
