INTROUCTION:
AIESEC in Tanzania National Planning
Conference is an annual conference that
gathers the outgoing and incoming leaders
from the local and national level. It is a
three day forum of analyzing and
strategizing for the next years focus. This
event is marked by a series of trainings and
discussions from the outgoing leaders, alumni
other stakeholders whose contribution is
highly esteemed for the sustainability and
success of the organization.
With the current focus on driving AIESEC
2015 Ambition (To reach and develop every
young person in the world), this year’s
conference will be more focused on strategic
innovation of our programs to deliver our
goal.
The conference is expected to bring
together about 100 leaders from the 7 local
chapters across the country.
Conference objectives
• To ensure proper understanding of AIESEC and
its operations
• To build strong leadership capacity
• To outline the national and local plans for the
year.
ABOUT MOROGORO
Morogoro is a city with an urban population of 206,868 (2002 census) in the
southern highlands of Tanzania, 190 km west of Dar es Salaam. It is the capital
of the Morogoro Region. It is also known informally as "Mji kasoro bahari,"
which translates as 'city short of an ocean/port'.
Morogoro lies at the base of the Uluguru Mountains, and is a centre of
agriculture in the region, with the Sokoine University of Agriculture based in
the city.. The town is the administrative headquarters of the Morogoro region.
It is also a traditionally music town, home of Salim Abdullah founder of the
Cuban Marimba jazz band.Today, tourism is vital in Morogoro. Morogoro is a
town connecting a triregion area of country's capital city, Dar es Salaam and
the centrally located town of Dodoma and the southern highland town of Iringa.
It enjoys the rainfall levels vital in the agriculture of rice, sugar cane and the
cool temperature that allow tropical fruits and vegetables all year around. On
the western plains of the region there is the Mikumi National Park. In the
colonial days the outskirts stretched for mile with sisal plantations then an
export cash product, Tanzania is the world's second largest sisal producer.

• A pair of bed sheets • Toiletries (Soap, toothbrush, lotion, toothpaste etc)
• Don’t forget a pen and a note book for taking notes.
• One or two warm sweater as it gets cold at night.
Remember!!!! Anyone who registers but fails to
attend is eligible to pay full delegates pay, the LC shall be
invoiced, also for late payments and lack of registration one shall have to pay 20 % extra the delegates

ABC stands for Anything But Clothes. Party goers must show up in "Anything
But Clothes." This is one of the favorite themes of college campuses. Everyone
gets to dress up in silly costumes and hot scandalous outfits. Whether you
decide to wrap your body in caution tape or condoms its sure to be a fun night
ahead!
What to Wear?
Be creative and use your imagination. You can get away with wearing anything for
this party but if you want to stick out in the crowd you need to dress a little more
risqué. The typical last minute costumes usually use a black trash bag or some toilet
paper but if you like making things then this party is perfect for you. The key to
this party is wear something unique. Get creative, go all out and it will be tons of
fun!

During the DAY all delegates will spend the
night in the venue, no one will SLEEP, all the
rooms must be CLOSED! The party will
encompass Dancing Competitions, Kareoke,
GAMES and all the Fun Stuffs.
