คํานํา
เนื่องในวาระดิถีขึ้นปใหม พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๓ นี้ ผมไดรวบรวมขอเขียนในเว็บล็อก http://gotoknow.org/blog/thaikm และ http://gotoknow.org/blog/council ที่เหมาะสมจํานวนหนึ่ง จัดพิมพเปนเลมเล็กๆ แจกจาย แทนบัตร สคส. เพื่อแสดงความระลึกถึงญาติมิตร รวมทั้งเพื่อทําประโยชนในการชวยกันหาทางเปลี่ยนเสนทางของการศึกษาไทย ไปสูเสนทางที่บูชา “ครูเพื่อศิษย”
นอกจาก ขอเขียนของผมเองแลว ยังไดคัดเลือกขอเขียนของ “ครูเพื่อศิษย” บางทาน มาลงไวดวย เพื่อแสดงวิธีคิดและวิธีปฏิบัติของทาน
ผมขอต้ังจิตอธิษฐานใหสังคมไทยทั้งสังคมชวยกันบูชา “ครูเพื่อศิษย” ดวยวิธีการตางๆ เนนที่การบูชาดวยเครื่องมือในการทํางาน “เพื่อศิษย” คือไมใชแคยกยองเฉยๆ แตชวยกันอํานวยความสะดวก หรือเขาไปชวยเหลือ สงเสริมให “ครูเพื่อศิษย” ทํางานสะดวกขึ้น มีพลังมากยิ่งขึ้น เปดโอกาสใหทํางานเปนกลุมกอน เชื่อมโยงกันเปนเครอืขาย สรางพลงัของ “ครูกูแผนดิน” ขึ้นในแผนดินไทย
ในโอกาสนี้ ผมขอปวารณาวา จะต้ัง “รางวัลครูเพื่อศิษย” ขึ้น ๓ รางวัล ใหแก “ครูเพือ่ศิษย” ใน ๓ โรงเรียน คือ โรงเรียนวัดพิชัยยาราม ตําบลทายาง อําเภอเมืองฯ จังหวัดชุมพร โรงเรียนศรยีาภัย จังหวัดชุมพร และโรงเรียนหาดใหญวิทยาลัย จังหวัดสงขลา แตละรางวัลเปนเงิน ๑๒,๐๐๐
บาทตอป สําหรับใชจายในการปฏิบัติงานของ “ครูเพื่อศิษย” ซึ่งจะใชในเรื่องสวนตัวก็ได ใชในกิจกรรมเพื่อการเรียนรูของศิษยก็ได โดยตั้งใจไววา หากไดผลดี และมีกําลังเงิน จะใหรางวัลนี้ทุกป จะเนนใหแกครูคนเดิมอยางตอเนื่อง หากการปฏิบัติงานไดผลดี
ที่โรงเรียนวัดพชิัยยาราม จะต้ังรางวัล “ดําริ งอ วิจารณ วิชัย วิชิต วิเชียร วิจัย วิภา วิโรจน พานิช” เรียกยอๆ วา “รางวัลดําริงอ” เพื่อเปนอนุสรณแก นายดําริ พานิช ผูวายชนม เปนการฉลองโอกาสที่ นางงอ พานิช มีอายุครบ ๙๐ ป และเปนการแสดงความกตัญูแกโรงเรยีนที่ไดใหการศึกษาแกลูกทั้ง ๗ คน ของนายดําร ิ- นางงอ พานิช วางรากฐานความรู จนเรียนจบปริญญาทุกคน รางวัลนี ้ลกูๆ ของนายดําริ - นางงอ พานิช ที่ยังมีชีวิตอยู ๖ คน จะรวมกนับริจาคเงิน
ที่โรงเรียนศรียาภัย จะต้ังรางวัล “ดําริ งอ วิจารณ พานิช” เพือ่เปนอนุสรณแก นายดําริ พานิช ผูวายชนม เปนการฉลองโอกาสที่ นางงอ พานิช มีอายุครบ ๙๐ ป และเปนการแสดงความกตัญูแกโรงเรยีนที่ไดใหการศึกษาแกศาสตราจารย นายแพทยวิจารณ พานิช วางรากฐานทางวิชาการ อยางดีเย่ียม ระหวางปการศึกษา ๒๔๙๕ – ๒๔๙๙ เปนเวลา ๕ ป (ม. ๑ – ม. ๕ ในสมัยนั้น) มีผลใหในปการศึกษา ๒๕๐๒ ผมสอบ ม. ๘ (ประโยคเตรียมอุดมศึกษา) ไดเปนที่ ๑ ของประเทศ
ที่โรงเรียนหาดใหญวิทยาลัย จะเรี่ยไรเงนิจากลูก เพื่อต้ังรางวัล “วิจารณ อมรา มุรธา มุขยา วิจักขณ พานิช” เพื่อแสดงความขอบคุณ
โรงเรียนหาดใหญวิทยาลัย ที่ไดใหการศึกษาแกบุตรของผม ๓ คน ในชวง ม. ๑ – ๓ จนเวลานี้เติบโตเปนผูใหญ เปนคนดี ทําคุณประโยชนใหแกแผนดิน และแกโลก ไดอยางดีทั้ง ๓ คน
ขอผลแหงคุณงามความดีทั้งหลาย จงดลบันดาลใหญาติมิตร และปวง “ครูเพื่อศิษย” ประสบความสุข ถึงพรอมดวยจตุรพิธพร คือ ลาภ ยศ สรรเสริญ สุข และมุงสูศานติสุข และวิมุตติสุข ผานทาน ศีล และภาวนา ตลอดปใหม ๒๕๕๓ และตลอดไป ทุกทานเทอญ
