the retail space. The Indian retail industry is one of the fastest
growing in the world. Retail industry in India is expected to grow to US$
1.3 trillion by 2020.
ABOUT PANTALOONS Pantaloons Fashion & Retail Limited is an Indian
famous clothing retail chain. The first Pantaloons store was launched in gariahat,
Kolkata in 1997. As of November 2013, there were 76 Pantaloons
stores in 44 cities. Pantaloons was previously controlled by the Future
Group, and was taken over by Aditya Birla Group(ABG).
Pantaloons has 157 fashion stores in 73 cities and towns in India.

SUGGESTIONS
Pantaloons should provide standard carry bags. Stocks should also be increase. More attractive signage should be there which
attracts the customer. Staffs should give a proper information to the
customers regarding green card by which there will more and more enrollment.
More cashiers should be available in morning time instead of one cashier.
Staff should describe the product in good manner. Proper seating facility should be present for the
old age people.
