Who is contributor? A contributor is a one
who has an ability and characteristic like creation, innovation, humanity etc..
Contributor has an ability to create value for self, for family, for team, for society, for organization.
Continuous.. Contributors are not instruction-oriented, but
solution-oriented. They find solutions rather than simply take instructions or blindly follow processes.
Contributors have both human values as well as functional effectiveness– They get the job done, but also do it the ‘right way’.

Do contributors work for benefits or not?
Contributors do not work for their benefits but they always try to be helpful in solving the problems of other troubled persons , this should be the moral duty of contributors.
The contributors focus on ‘WE’ not ‘I’. In their work , contributors demonstrate concern
for the human beings they are serving. They take challenges as an opportunities. Contributors always work for others need’s not
for their benefits.

Many institutes provide scholarships, free seat admission to eligible candidates which is their contributive sight.
Institution consist of teachers ,students who can contribute apart from their regular work.
Non ContributorMany of politicians work for their personal
benefits instead of social development which ultimately leads to corruption.
It is very glorious thing that India finished 5th at Glasgow commonwealth but it is hard to believe that some Indian officials did shameful acts.
Now a days most of schools are taking higher fees which a middle class family can’t afford, same scenario for engineering colleges.
