Dinner with Ford executives and participants
• The Ford GP event occurs annual with it’s 3rd event taking place this past June.
• This has been meaningful in that Korean auto parts makers attend the event
based on the specific demands from Ford.
• The entire process of reaching an actual supply agreement generally takes 3 to 5 years
• Therefore, the immediate benefit of this event would be the number of meetings held
between the participating companies and Ford’s buyers and engineers.
• This event saves the company massive resources by bringing the suppliers directly to
you and assists in avoiding initially expensive, international business trips.

KOTRA’s Global Partnering enables companies to save substantial resources by
allowing us to assist you in your procurement processes. We have the knowledge
and expertise of Korean suppliers and markets, and have considerable comparative
advantages over other regions of Asia.
While the primary functions of Global Partnering are to aid North American
companies in their procurement processes, we also provide funding for Korean
Government sponsored R&D partnerships, implementing training workshops
for learning new technologies, and hosting numerous annual conferences around
the world.
All our activities do not involve any cost to our clients and partners because we are
fully funded and operated by the government, which means, we do not operate to
generate revenue. We are here to solely provide a platform that can be beneficial
to you. We believe you have nothing to lose, but only the chance to uncover top
quality suppliers whom could be your next potential partners.
Thank You
