V1.0:• front-end is built with the Angular JS library which was already used on
another application to keep visual consistency across internal applications
Challenges:• development restrictions prevented user friendly design
• difficult to satisfy complex requirements coming from business stakeholders with existing front-end framework, but not enough time and resources to enhance it
• changing scope and fundamental requirements during development
• lack of proper documentation, umanaged clients expectations
V2.0 - Project reset:• start a human centered design process,
involve more people
