配置微软邮箱至 Outlook方法

Set Microsoft mailbox to Outlook software

1. Open Control Panel

2. Click Mail icon

3. Click “Show Profiles”

4. Click “Add”

5. Input a name for configuration

6. Choose “E-mail Account” and click “Next”

7. Choose “Manually configure server seetings or additional server types” and click” and click "Next”

8. Choose “Internet E-mail” and click "Next”

a) Refer to below screenshot input user’s infob) Your name: any namec) E-mail Address: user’s e-mail addressd) Account Type:POP3e) Incoming mail server: outlook.office365.comf) Outgoing mail server(SMTP):smtp.office365.comg) User Name: the account of mailboxh) Password: the password of mailboxi) Choose “Remember password”j) Cancel “Test Account Settings by clicking the Next

button”k) Click “More Settings” after confirm the user’s info is

correct.

9. Choose “Outgoing Server” and choose “My outgoing server(SMTP) requires authentication”

10.Refer to screenshot choose and input info, and click “OK”
