PC-A 、 PC-B 両方向から、 UDP パケット（ 400mbps ）を発生させ、 NGN 回線トラフィックを調査

PC-A → PC-B については、 shaper 等の設定により 200Mbps にシェーピングされる

PC-B → PC-A のトライフィックを発生させた場合、　・ 30 秒程度（もしくはそれより短い時間）で「 SPA-8X1GE-V2 」のリンクランプが消灯　・リンクランプが消灯したインターフェースの状態（ sh int ）をみると「 EoMPLS Remote Link down 」と表示　　インターフェース状態は「 up/up 」となってる　・ MPLS フォワーディングテーブルは表示されるが、 EoMPLS VC は他のインターフェースも含めてダウン
