10. DESCRIPTIF

Lorsque la balise verte est allumée (voir AUTORI-SATION DE DÉMARRAGE), une impulsion (1ercoup DIN) sur SB1J situé sur la plaque pupitre fron-tale déclenche l’avertisseur de démarrage pendanttrois secondes ; une seconde impulsion (2ème coupDIN), après l’arrêt de l’avertisseur, provoque ledémarrage de la ligne en continu.

10. DESCRIPTION

When the green signal lamp (see START–UPAUTHORIZATION) is lit up, a pulse (1st DIN pulse)on SB1J located on the front control panel activatesthe start–up warning device for three seconds: asecond pulse (2nd DIN pulse) starts up the line incontinuous running mode once the warning devicehas stopped.

Nota : Au démarrage, la machine accélère jusqu’auseuil de vitesse de crabotage (temps fixe de cinqsecondes) puis à la vitesse minimale de production.

Les conditions autorisant le démarrage doivent êtreprésentes.

30. AIDE AU DÉPANNAGE

– Voir les indications inscrites sur l’afficheur dedéfauts.

– Contrôler l’état des disjoncteurs QF1C et QF2X

– Vérifier l’état des entrées automate :E0.1 = 1 si une commande marche continue

est actionnée.

Note: On start–up, the machine accelerates up tothe clutching speed threshold (time set at 5 seconds)then up to the minimum production speed.

20. OPERATING CONDITIONS

The conditions authorizing start–up must be satis-fied.

30. TROUBLESHOOTING

– See the instructions on the defect display.

– Check the status of circuit breakers QF1C andQF2X.

– Check the status of prog. controller inputs:E0.1 = 1 if a continuous running command is

activated.

E1.1 = 1 si aucun arrêt normal n’a étéactionné sur la ligne et si l’élémentest accouplé en sortie carton.

E1.6 = 1 si aucun arrêt d’urgence n’estactionné.

E32.3 = 1 si la hauteur de carton est suffisantedans le magasin de marge (pourautoriser le démarrage).

E32.4 = 1 si le contacteur KM1C du moteurprincipal est monté.

E32.5 = 1 si les disjoncteurs QF1C et QF2Xsont enclenchés.

E33.1 = 0 s’il n’y a pas de réglage en cours.– Contrôler le câblage et le fonctionnement des car-

tes d’entrées automate.– Contrôler l’état et le fonctionnement des relais

KA1A, KA1C, KA1D, KA2S et KA3S.– Contrôler l’état et le fonctionnement des contac-

teurs KM1C et KM2C– Vérifier le fonctionnement du variateur d’entraîne-

ment U1C. (voir VARIATEUR ENTRAÎNEMENTMOTEUR PRINCIPAL).

– Vérifier l’état des sorties automate :A2.6 = 1 lorsque la machine tourne en

continu.A3.0 = 1 si l’autorisation de démarrage est

acquise.– Contrôler le câblage et le fonctionnement des car-

tes de sorties A2 et A3 de l’automate.– Vérifier le câblage et les connexions inter–élé-

ments en sortie Margeur (XS..T).

E1.1 = 1 if no normal stop is activated on theline and if the unit is coupled to theboard delivery end.

E1.6 = 1 if no emergency stop is activated.

E32.3 = 1 if the height of the board is sufficientin the feeder hopper (to authorizestart–up).

E32.4 = 1 if the main drive contactor KM1C israised.

E32.5 = 1 if circuit breakers QF1C and QF2Xare closed.

E33.1 = 0 if no setting operation is in progress.– Check the wiring and operation of the prog. con-

troller input cards.– Check the status and operation of relays KA1A,

KA1C, KA1D, KA2S and KA3S.– Check the status and operation of contactors

KM1C and KM2C.– Check the operation of drive variator U1C (see

MAIN MOTOR DRIVE VARIATOR).

– Check the status of prog; controller outputs:A2.6 = 1 when the machine is running in con-

tinuous mode.A3.0 = 1 if start–up has been authorized.

– Check the wiring and operation of output cards A2and A3 of the prog. controller.

– Check the wiring and inter–unit connections at thefeeder delivery end (XS..T).
