Con i Manipolatori Industriali MANIBO un singolo operatore può facilmente movi-mentare carichi di notevoli dimensioni e peso. MANIBO presenta una gamma di ottomanipolatori a colonna standard con portate lorde che vanno dai 100 kg fino ai 1.000kg e raggio di lavoro variabile dai 2 ai 4,3 m. Il manipolatore può essere fissato direttamentea pavimento oppure montato su base autostabile che ne permette l’utilizzo in differenti po-

stazioni senza la necessità dialcun ancoraggio.Tutti i modelli possono essere ap-pesi a carrelli, motorizzati o aspinta, traslanti lungo vie di corsaaeree, per consentire l’amplia-mento dell’area di lavoro.In base alle esigenze del clienteMANIBO progetta e costruiscel’attrezzo di presa idoneo alla mo-vimentazione dello specifico ca-rico. Tale attrezzo viene collegatoal braccio del manipolatore me-diante giunto rotante, aventesette passaggi d’aria interni, inmodo tale da poterlo orientare apiacimento senza alcun impedi-mento. L’attrezzo di presa può es-sere inoltre dotato di movimentiasserviti pneumaticamente al finedi ruotare, basculare o semplice-mente inclinare il pezzo sollevato.

Using MANIBO Industrial Manipulators, loads having big weight and dimensions can behandled by only one operator. MANIBO production range consists of eight standard mani-pulators, with gross capacities from 100 kg to 1000 kg and working radius from 2 to 4.3 m.Manipulators can be fixed directly to the ground or on a forkliftable self bearing base, to havethe possibility to use the manipulator in different working places, without the necessity to fo-resee any fixing device.All the models can be hanged to powered or pushing trolleys, sliding on suspended rails, tohave the possibility to enlarge the working zone.MANIBO designs and manufactures, on customers’ request, special handling attachmentssuitable to the specific handling problem. These handling attachments is connected to themanipulator arm by a rotating joint with seven internal air passages, so to rotate it conti-nuously without problems. The handling attachment can also be connected to pneumatic de-vices, to tilt, to rotate or simply to bend the handled part.

IBilanciatori pneumatici a fune MANIBO sono particolarmente adatti alla rapida movi-mentazione di carichi nelle linee di produzione. L’esecuzione standard acolonna prevede un braccio articolato di raggio 3 m all’interno del quale è alloggiato ildispositivo di bilanciamento, avente portata fino a 75 kg.

Sia la rotazione del braccio rispetto alla co-lonna che quella dell’articolazione è di 360°continua, grazie ai passaggi interni dell’aria.La colonna può essere fissata direttamente apavimento oppure montata su fase inforca-bile autoportante per utilizzare il bilanciatorein differenti postazioni.Il bilanciatore è completato dallo specifico at-trezzo di presa costruito in funzione delle ri-chieste del cliente.Il bilanciatore MANIBO è realizzato anche inversione adatta ad essere appesa a carro-ponte o gru a bandiera, eventualmente in so-stituzione di un paranco elettrico giàesistente.

MANIBO pneumatic rope balancer are parti-cularly indicate for quick handling of loads inproducing lines. The standard execution oncolumn has an articulated arm 3 m long where,inside, is located the balancing device, withcapacity of 75 kg. Both the rotation of the armaround the column, than the rotation of the se-cond arm are of 360° continuous, thanks to arotating joint with internal air passages. Thecolumn can be fixed directly to the ground orto a forkliftable self bearing base, to have thepossibility to use the balancer in different wor-king places.Balancers are supplied with special handlingattachments, designed and manufactured onspecific customer’s request.MANIBO balancer are also supplied in versionfor jib cranes and bridge cranes, in case to re-place an existing electric chain hoist.
