- 1998 yılında kurulan, asansör kumanda kartı üretimi ile faaliyetlerine başlayan ARKEL, asansör kumanda kartları, kumanda panoları, acil kurtarma sistemleri, revizyon ve alarm setleri, VVVF sürücü, tümleşik asansör kontrol ünitesi imalatını ve sektörde ihtiyaç duyulan diğer elektronik cihazların tasarımını ve üretimini yapan sektörün AR-GE ve mühendislik hizmetleri alanındaki öncü markasıdır.

- ARKEL, 2003 yılında ilk ihracatını gerçekleştirmiş olup, 2005 yılında ise bir yeniliğe imza atarak Türkiye’nin ilk yerli asansör motor sürücüsünü tasarlayarak, imal etmeye başlamıştır. Türkiye’nin Avrupa Birliği ile entegrasyonu sürecinde asansör standardı EN81-1/2’İN 2005 yılında yürürlüğe girmesi ve ARKEL’in ürünlerini bu standartlara uygun hale getirmesi ile önünde yeni bir ufuk açılmış ve 2006 yılından beri Avrupa Birliği ülkelerine ürünlerini pazarlayabilir hale gelmiştir. ARKEL A.Ş. bugün Ortadoğu, Afrika, Avrupa ve Asya ülkelerine ve hatta Avustralya gibi birçok destinasyona ürünlerini ihraç etmektedir.

- 2013 yılında tümleşik asansör sürücüsünü piyasaya sürmüş ve bu konuda dünyada ilk 3 firma arasına girmiştir. ARCODE tümleşik asansör kontrol ünitesi endüstriyel tasarım ödüllerinde önemli bir yere sahip olan Red Dot ödüllerine layık görülmüş, 2014 yılında ise Türkiye Teknolojileri Geliştirme Vakfı ve TÜBİTAK iş birliği ile organize edilen teknoloji ödülleri yarışmasında dalında birincilik kazanıp, teknoloji ödülüyle onurlandırılmıştır.

- 2018 yılı mart ayında Hindistan Vadodara ofisini açarak uluslararası bir firma olma yolunda emin adımlarla ilerleyen Arkel, yine aynı yıl içinde geniş ürün yelpazesine Senkron Motor üretimini de dahil ederek çalışmalarına son sürat devam etmektedir. Hem yurtiçindeki hem de yurtdışındaki pazar payını arttırmak, müşteri memnuniyetini birinci hedef seçerek sektörde ilerleyip yenilenerek ihracatta büyümek ve inovasyona ağırlık vererek yeni trend kullanıcı dostu ürün yelpazesini sürekli genişletmeye devam edecektir.

- Founded in 1998; ARKEL, which started its operations by producing lift control boards, control panels, emergency rescue systems, inspection boxes, alarm sets, VVVF drives, integrated lift control units and other electronic devices required in the sector and is the leader brand in the sector in terms of R&D and engineering services.

- ARKEL exported its first product in 2003 and made a breakthrough in 2005 by designing and starting to produce the first domestic lift motor driver in Turkey. During the process of integration of Turkey with the European Union, a new horizon opened up for ARKEL upon introduction of the lifts standard EN81-1/2 in 2005 and upon harmonization of the products of ARKEL in accordance with these standards. Since 2006, the Company has been marketing its products to the European Union countries. ARKEL A.Ş. currently exports its products to the countries in the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Asia and many other destinations even in Australia.

- The Company placed its integrated lift drive into the market in 2013 and is one of the top 3 companies in the world in this field. Red Dot awards, which are significant industrial design awards, were granted to ARCODE integrated lift control unit. In 2014, the product won the first prize in the technology awards contest organized jointly by the Turkish Technologies Development Foundation and TÜBİTAK and received technology award.

- Arkel proceeds on the way to becoming a global company after opening an office in Vadodara office in India in March 2018 and continues its operations by adding Gearless Motor to its wide range of products in the same year. The Company will maintain its activities to increase its share in the domestic and overseas markets, grow in the sector in terms of its export operations by placing top priority to customer satisfaction and enhance its user-friendly, new-trend product ranges by focusing on innovations.

KM-30S Güvenirliği:KM-30S, yolculara en yüksek güvenlik seviyesini sağlamak için EN 81-20 standardına uygun motor gücü kesme özelliği barındırmaktadır. Kapı bir engel algıladığında kapanmayı durdurur ve açılır. Kapının tekrar kapanması gerektiğinde engel algıladığı konumdan yavaşça geçer.

KM-30S Teknolojisi:KM-30S sensörlü ve sensörsüz vektörel kontrollün birleşimin- den oluşan bir kapı kontrolcüsüdür. İçerisinde bulunan 32-bit işlemcisi ile motor verilerini hatasız işler ve eksiksiz motor kontrolü sağlar. Firmamız bünyesinde yapılan SMD ve THT dizgi işlemleri en yeni teknoloji makineler ile yapılır. Kendi tasarımımız olan test tezgâhları ile bütün fonksiyonları test edilir. Test tezgahından onay almayan hiçbir ürün aktif olmaz. Böylelikle müşterilerimize daima kusursuz ürünler sunarız.

KM-30S Aklı:KM-30S, akıllı motor sürüş tekniğine sahiptir. Motor bir tanıma sürecine tabi tutulur. Bunun için kullanıcı, motora ait akım, kutup sayısı, dişli oranı gibi bilgileri menüden girilir. Yükün bulunduğu konum ve hız bilgileri de encoder ile geri bildirilir. Hatalar hesaplanır ve tekrar motora bildirilir. Dolayısıyla KM-30S’de motor güç kaybına uğramaz.

KM-30S Konforu: KM-30S, standart sürücülere göre motora tam hakimiyet sağlar. Hızlanma – yavaşlama eğrileri arasında yumuşatılmış geçişler sağlar. Kapının seri ancak sarsıntısız açılıp kapanması- na olanak tanır. Sıkışma anında sesli ikaz ile geri açma yapılır. Sıkışma algılanan bölgeden yavaş hızla geçilerek yolcuların zarar görmesi engellenir.

KM-30S Kurulumu:KM-30S, maksimum ergonomi ve montaj kolaylığı sağlamak için tasarlanmıştır. Asansör kapısı üst çerçevesine, kapı motorunun yanına veya kapı kayışı arkasına takılabilir. 310 x 112,6 x 30 mm. ebatlarındadır. KM-30S, Arkel “KM-30S Motoru” ile tam uyumlu çalışmaktadır.

Reliability of KM-30S:KM-30S contains power-o feature that complies with EN 81-20 standard to provide the highest safety level for passengers. When the door detects an obstacle, it stops closing and opens. When it is required to close the door again, it slowly switches from the position where it has detected an obstacle.

Technology of KM-30S:KM-30S is a door controller that consists of the combination of the sensor and sensor-free vector control. Thanks to the 32-bit processor, it processes motor data without any errors and ensures perfect control. Our internal SMD and THT stringing operations are carried out by using the state-of-the-art machines. All functions are tested on our own-designed test benches. No products are activated without being approved from the test bench. In this way, we always provide our clients with excellent products.

Intelligence of KM-30S:KM-30S has intelligent motor driving technique. The motor is subject to a recognition process. For this purpose, data such as user, current of the motor, number of poles, gear ratio etc. is entered on the menu. The loaded position and speed data is also transmitted back through an encoder. The errors are calculated and transmitted back to the motor. In this way, the motor in KM-30S does not su er loss of power.

Comfort of KM-30S:KM-30S ensures full control of the motor as compared to the standard drivers. It ensures softened passages between the accelerati- on and deceleration curves. It enables the door to open and close fast but without any vibrations. It could re-open with audible warning in case of congestion. It also prevents the passengers from su ering any damage by passing through the congestion area slowly.

Installation of KM-30S:KM-30S was designed to ensure maximum ergonomics and ease of installation. It could be installed on the upper frame of the elevator door, next to the door motor or behind the door strap. Its sizes are 310 x 112,6 x 30 mm. KM-30S is fully compatible with Arkel “KM-30S Motor”.
