Municipality will travel to China to be trained in textile and clothing manufacturing for two months. The training programme was established by a Chinese textile and clothing manufacturing company called Yiting Africa in partnership with Trade and Investment in KwaZulu Natal.

Yiting Africa has invested R50 million and plans to open a manufacturing plant in Mandeni, which will see the employment of 150 women within the Municipality.

The youth were chosen from the National Youth Development Agency's (NYDA) database and tertiary institutions of the Durban University of Technology and Mfolozi Tvet College, will be trained to acquire all the

necessary skills needed in the textile and clothing industry, and will then return to Mandeni to practice their skills to lead in teaching the 150 newly employed women.

The Mandeni Municipality: Mayor Councillor Sphesihle Zulu congratulated the young women for being true examples that education is the key to a better tomorrow.

“Education is important and the youth should at least have a matric certificate to be able to get opportunities like these. If the youth runs away from getting an education, they are running away from their futures,” said Mayor

Zulu. Mayor Zulu said this programme will

not only add to the upliftment of skills shortage within the municipality, but will empower women with technical sk i l l s and employment whi le contributing positively towards Mandeni's economy.

The Mandeni Municipality visited indigent households as part of the Nelson Mandela Month drive to help the less fortunate on Wednesday, 15 July 2015.

Mandeni Mayor, Councillor (Cllr) Sphesihle Zulu and his delegation visited the home of Nompilo Gumede, a 13 year old girl; who has one lung after her second one was removed due to her illness in her early childhood.

Nompilo cannot breathe properly and has a home portable oxygen concentrator, to act as an external lung to help her breath with ease. The oxygen concentrator has a

MADIBA MAGIC: Nompilo Gumede with Grandmother Margaret Khumalo will receive help from various government departments reducing undue psychological and emotional distress

backup oxygen gas cylinder in the absence of electricity.

The Department of Health noted that since there were frequent power outages, Nompilo is dependent mostly on her back up gas cylinder which can only be refilled in Durban. The department has pledged to work closely with a local outreach programme to assist with a temporary oxygen machine while her gas cylinder is waiting to be filled.

The Municipality will assist Nompilo's home with water and the Department of Agriculture has donated seeds for the Gumede family to be able to plant vegetables.

Mayor Cllr Sphesihle Zulu said Nompilo's situation saddens him greatly.

“This is a terrible situation for a young girl to go through, the hospital that Nompilo receives treatment from is too far in Durban, and we have placed a request with the Department of Health to bring help closer to Nompilo,” said the Mayor.

The delegation also visited the home of an orphan, Mandla Khumalo who is a matric pupil and lives alone in a deteriorating two room mud house. Mayor Zulu reached out to various business stakeholders to assist the

usage.Level 4 water restrictions have

been enforced in some areas, which cut water supply from 9am to 5am. If these measures do not meet the required curtailment, additional shutdowns will be introduced.

Water efficiency and water use educational programmes to be rolled out intensively

I am responsible. I conserve water!

We thank all those that have made lifestyle changes to reduce water consumption.

We all need to play our part in this difficult period by adhering to the water restrictions.

Households and businesses are encouraged to implement water wise measures which include the re-use of water.

Water restriction rules are being implemented with a number of people already receiving a minimum fine of R3 000.

Recycled water is available at Waste Water Treatment Works which can be used for pools, gardening and washing of vehicles, but not for drinking and cooking.

Let us all play our part to conserve water!

South Africa is a water scarce

country and therefore we must all work together to preserve water.

Most of our water comes from rainfall therefore we are susceptible to sustained droughts or climate change.

Polluted rivers equal to less water available. Lets protect our water sources

Water loss is of concern and we call on all to report water leaks to their local municipality.

Leaky faucets waste water and should be dealt with immediately.

Water is a vital resource; it is up to all South Africans to use water responsibly in their daily lives.

S i n c e 1 9 9 4 government has worked hard to ensure that all South Africans have access to water and

sanitation.The right

to water is enshrined in our Constitution.

South Africa has made significant progress in rolling out basic services, especially to communities that were deliberately excluded by apartheid.

We have steadily increased access to water and sanitation.

Government is providing 6 000 litres of clean water on a monthly basis without charge to most households.

Government's indigent policy allows for some in our communities to be provided with services without or with minimal cost.

Access to a basic level of clean water increased from just over 60 per cent of households in 1994/95 to over 95 per cent in 2011/12.

Gassing aboutA game of cat and mouse between

police and two youths at 1:30am in Dawnside ended with the police being victorious. The officers allege that they spotted the two crossing at the robots. On seeing the officers they concealed an item in the nearby bushes. The officers drove off and encircled the area. They noticed them a short distance away from their original position and approached them. One was disarmed of his knife and they were led back to the spot where they hid the items. Police found two 19kg gas cylinders in the bushes and both culprits were at pains in giving an explanation about the cylinders. Siyabonga Ndlovu (28) and Nkosinathi Ndlovu (24) are due back in court on 25 August.

Please stopCheap is trouble and residents are

warned about buying suspected stolen property. In the latest incident a high-

ranking police officer from Durban arrested a Pakistani cellphone store owner after he purchased a stolen cellphone from a whoonga

addict. It is alleged that the youngster broke into his mother's vehicle and stole the Samsung S4 which was purchased by Ahmed Ali (36). Ali was released on bail and is due back in court on 11 September.

Gremlins in ShakavilleNkosinath i Ngcobo (39) of

Shakaville alleges that he was walking around at 2am. He spotted two youths seated on a manhole cover drinking zulu beer. On seeing his beer they asked him to share with them and he refused. They began swearing him and struck him several times with a stick on his leg causing the leg to break. They then fled with his bottle of beer. Nkosikhona Zulu (25) also of Shakaville is due back at court on 11 August.

Poor exampleA father and son appeared in court on

Monday on a charge of assault with intent to commit grievous bodily harm. According to Adrian Papayya he and his friend were seated in a vehicle consuming alcohol at about 11pm. They were approached by the two who began arguing and fighting with his friend. He separated the two and his

friend off and he went home. Whilst standing outside his house the two returned, armed with hockey sticks and assaulted him several times on his head and body. His family intervened and separated them. Cameron Pillay (29) and Inyanasagrum “Sagren” Pillay (56) are due back at court on 2 September. In a new twist, Cameron Pillay opened a charge of Assault with intent to do grievous bodily harm against Papayya and his friend. He alleges that on the night in question it was Papayya's friend who attacked and stabbed him. Now Adrian Papayya (42) and his friend Lennon Subrayan (34) have appeared in court and are due back on 25 August.

Not coolSithembiso Ntombela (33) has been

remanded in custody after his appearance on a charge of theft. Johnson Mthembu alleges that he and a colleague were on guard-duty at the old Sasko premises. My name is Maboshadi from Soshanguve. I am 48 Years old. For 9 years I have been suffering all along

with my children since my husband passed away. I tried different way to change the situation from healers, priests but nothing seemed to work for me. The business that my husband was doing colapsed because of my debts. I didn’t know what to do for my kids. Luckily enough I saw a testimoney in the news papers about Dr Mkhulu & Mama Faridha

I WAS SO DESPERATE & DISAPPOINTED

TO LIVE A BETTER HEALTHIER & WEALTHIER LIFE CALL

VINESH 50 years from Verulam, I was having a miserable life for 20 years. I sold my car. I had so many arrears and lost my job. I tried debt counselling and different healers but nothing

was really working, I nearly sold my house but when I was reading journals and newspapers, I saw how RAHMA was

helping people all over the world. Then I booked for an appointment, straight away RAHMA told me my real problems through a unique copper plate. They gave me a special cream and I won at the casino, I managed to pay all my debts arrears

and now I have a big hardware shop. Thanks to RAHMA I am happy.

“What makes us feel sad is that Ilembe Municipality is always promising us that they would provide us tanks in our rank but they don't do that,” he said.

•“Water interruptions holds us back from performing our work, which means we could not even make profits in our businesses,” said Adnan Akhtar Abbasi, a shop owner.

“Without water life is impossible. We need water to wash our clothes, even to drink and cook. It clearly shows that

in few months time we would be without electricity and nothing to drink.

• A street vendor S Ngiba said that the municipality didn't set up any notice boards to let us know where the water would be available. “On the 11th of July 2015, I took my clothes and washed them in Durban because we did not have water in our community. Those that have cars find it easy to travel to Durban and fetch the water but we don't have cars and find it difficult to get water. It costs us money to purchase the water from industries that sell water.

• Another man on the street said that when the water comes after interruptions “it comes out brown in our tanks and that can cause us to become ill.”

“The shortage of rains makes the work of the municipality difficult to provide the c o m m u n i t y w i t h w a t e r accordingly. As the community we know that the situation is tense in some areas. I suggest that the municipality make some boreholes i n o u r communities,” he said.

STRICT WATER RESTRICTIONIN PLACE - 50% REDUCTION!

The iLembe District Municipality is currently experiencing one of the worst droughts in the past 30 years. Water levels at the Hazelmere Dam continue to deteriorate at approximately 1% every 4 days and the current levels is LESS THAN 27%. Based on the current demand trend the Dam will run out of water in 50 days.

All Service Providers including iLembe District Municipality, eThekwini Water Services and Sembcorp Siza Water are now applying strict water restrictions.

Next week iLembe will begin installing restrictors to all its consumers to manage water demand. This will reduce water consumption and also stretch the available water resources. The restrictors will be installed in all meters.

All previous water restrictions will remain in place. Water rationing began on 2 July 2015 from 08h00 to 16h00 as well as at 21h00 to 04h00. The following areas are affected:

The oldest footballing club in KwaDukuza, Real Celtic plans on holding a reunion for the class of 1984 to 2004 at the Darnall Country Club this December. Various meetings have taken place at the clubs headquarters to get things off the ground for this huge u n d e r t a k i n g a n d f r o m indications early on it would appear that preparations are well on track according to Vice President Fishy Naidoo.

He went on to say that the event will be a prestigious f u n c t i o n w h i c h w i l l acknowledge the 32 years of existence of this equally prestigious club and attendees can be guaranteed a function of

class and splendour at a minimal fee. Sub committees have been formed to oversee the different aspects in the planning phase and work is already under way.

Celtic was formed in early 1984 and played socially as it catered for the then members of the local SAPS; they later joined the ranks of the Lower Tugela Soccer Federation under the name SAP Football Club. Due to events at the time the club was compelled to change its name or face expulsion from the league hence the birth of Sporting Club Real Celtic.

The club is steeped in tradition and has a rich vein of

history which would surely make for good conversation and reminiscence on the day. Club Stalwart and Vice President Fishy Naidoo could not hold back his enthusiasm for the event and said that he was looking forward to getting this mammoth undertaking of the ground. He urged everyone associated with this great amateur club to come forward and make the day possible.

An appeal is made for all past players, officials and patrons from the 1984 2004 era to m a k e c o n t a c t w i t h t h e organizing committee for further information and to confirm attendance as this function will not be possible

without their involvement. Everybody is also urged to make available any piece of information, be articles from p a s t n e w s p a p e r s o rphotographs etc. which could be used in the compilation of a commemorative brochure to mark the event.

The organizing committee comprises of the following dedicated team and past players and officials are urged to make contact with them: Fishy Naidoo - 0781700346; Richard Reddy - 0783797096; ManivasenPerumal - 0739128274;M a x w e l l G w e g w e -0783796826; Ronnie Gounden - 0835296904; Sagie Naidoo - 0832347193.

WithSara was a unicorn. She was a very special unicorn, and her tribe considered her one of the greatest creatures in the world, for Sara had wings, and she could fly.

Great big gossamer wings the colour of moonlight, could take her soaring into the air above, her white body gleaming in the sun at day, and sparkling in the moon-and star-light at night.

She was a happy and good-natured animal and made friends with everyone, even humans. She liked little

The flying unicornchildren, who always stared at her in wonder and delight. One little girl was her special friend. She lived just outside of the forest that Sara lived in. Her name was Minnie and she loved Sara with all her heart.

One day when they were walking in the forest, Minnie asked Sara, “Dear Sara, would you please, please, take me up with you into the great big sky? I want to see the world from up there. Please, Sara?”

“Of course, I will, my little friend. Would you like to go

now?” Sara asked, looking down at Minnie.

“Yes p l ease , ” Minn ie shouted, jumping up and down in excitement.

And so, with Minnie on her back, Sara flew off into the air, climbing higher and higher, with the little girl screaming in delight. She held on tightly to Sara and looked down at the ground that seemed so very far

away. The houses and trees looked like toys. The river looked like a blue line drawn on one of her drawing pages. Birds flew past her chirping a friendly greeting and she waved at them in return.

Soon it was time to return to the ground, and when she landed she hugged Sara tightly and said, “Thank you so much, dear friend. That was lovely.”

The KwaDukuza Athletic Club did their bit for Mandela Day last Saturday when they joined hands with Food for Life to feed the poor. The vibrant members of KDAC cooked a pot of food to feed the under privileged.

Members from KDAC were up from as early as 5.30am in the morning to prepare the meals that was distributed to the community of Bangladesh in Groutville. PRO of KDAC, Ashnee Naidoo said that KDAC was not just a running club, but a well-established family and that various events held throughout the year keep members geared up to do races.

President, Danny Sewmungal added that this gesture was not just 67 minutes of service to humanity in aid of Mandela Day, but a heartful initiative of

the members to smiles on faces and this they did when they physically dished food out to people. KDAC members were well represented donning their orange supporters T-shirts and Club tracksuits. They could not have been missed with the sense of humour they displayed whilst preparing the meals.

Another fundraising venture of the Club will be the Golf Day that is scheduled for 23 August 2015 at the Darnall Golf Course. Sewmungal said that a bridge cannot be built by one person, but takes a team. Similarly, KDAC requires thesupport of the public to get their projects of the ground.

GREAT DISSAPOINTMENT!I, as the Secretary of the DA Ilembe

constituency, would like to place on record my sentiments of great disappointment with reference to insinuating allegations made against Cllr Madhun Sing.

Cllr Sing's appointment as chairperson of the DA Ilembe Constituency over the past years stems out of an immense vote of confidence vested in him by the Constituency members. The election of the chairperson of the party was done democratically according to the lawful policies of the Democratic Alliance. It is highly unprofessional to insult the structure of the DA considering that the Democratic Alliance has proven to have grown exponentially over the past years.

The Ilembe constituency comprises of many young, vibrant and experienced members as well as Councillors who are being groomed for future leadership. It is an eyesore to read in local newspapers that people seek cheap attention by bringing disrepute to a well-structured party through personal attacks and baseless allegations. I strongly believe that statements which protrude out of information which is deemed to be not factual cannot be used to taint the image of the party holistically and the DA iLembe constituency. People need to understand that comparisons between leaders are simply uncalled for considering that they belong to different levels of governance.

The DA Ilembe Constituency has its delivery workmanship available to any interested individual, which can be verified by the Councillors or at our DA offices in Kwadukuza. This is achievable because our Constituency has a structure that allows us credit to show forth such workmanship as compared to a“lone writer” with allegations.

The progression of the DA is no dream, the DA in its growth,in the ILembe Constituency over the

past elections has proven that with competent leadership thus far we have increased our voter support. Finally, I highly recommend in future that individuals, who write to the local papers to attack, gather truthful and credible information first before making allegations!

DA Cllr Ajay Sahadew(Secretary ILembe Constituency; Caucus

Chairperson)

The article {Why Sing}in a local newspaper on 17 July 2015 has reference…

We as the executive of the Ilembe Constituency of the Democratic Alliance would like to place on record that we find the above mentioned article offensive in the extreme. While we have no concern that in the real world of politics we are all fair game as public representatives the matter becomes counter-productive when individuals such as Mr Puckree start to play the man and not the ball.

It is also unfortunate that he chooses to make ambiguous statements and uses innuendo to try and bring Councillor Madhun Sing into disrepute. The facts before us are that the DA in the Ilembe district as a whole has over the past three elections grown its voter numbers on each occasion and if he wishes to verify the numbers he is most welcome to visit the DA offices in KwaDukuza where we would be glad to enlighten him to the facts. As to his insinuation that no one is being groomed to lead the DA, we have many competent and exciting new young leaders emerging in the Constituency and in positions of leadership. This he may also have missed is the trend in the DA as a whole, all the way to the top.

As for wanting to be in power for ever we as the constituency saw it as opportune to retain Councillor Sing as the Caucus leader on the eve of the 2016 Local Government Elections so as to provide continuity going forward and to put out a strong message of stability in our focus and local message.

Our structures are in place and we have a positive membership which is waiting for the elections next year with great expectations, so watch this space.

As to the insinuations made in the article and the attacks on Councillor Sing's persona, we as the Leadership of this Constituency reject them with

the contempt they deserve. The Executive of the constituency wish to place

on record our full and unconditional support for Councillor Sing and look forward to contesting the 2016 elections in a FREE, OPEN and HONEST manner where everyone has an OPPORTUNITY to have their say in the future of this great country.

Let the games begin and let us test Mr Puckree's theories going forward, as he seems to be a lone voice with no constituency to back up his theories as we don't see him sitting in any council or structure fighting to make KwaDukuza a better place for those who live here. This would seem to be a growing trend in people who belong to the many failing or non effective

parties who have no platform to speak from and are threatened with imminent extinction.

REMEMBER: SERVICE DELIVERY IS A RIGHT NOT A PRIVILEGE…

Councillor M W HubnerDA CHIEF WHIP: Ilembe Constituency

Nelson Puckree: Mr NobodyA response to a recent article in a local

newspaper under “Why Sing?”Who is Puckree? A failed politician trying his

luck for about 15 years to become a councillor when he is not material for council duties. He is a laughing stock and party hopper from the DP, NNP, ID, Independent (2011) local elections where he received a few dozen votes, the community rejected him in favour of the DA in Ward 16 and more recently in 2014, he joined the EFF.

Councillor Madhun Sobram Sing is an outstanding leader in the community and the most vocal on council and a regular writer who gives feedback on happenings in council and developments taking place in the community.

As a proud supporter of Cllr Sing and the DA, if justice is to be done then the entire weekly newspapers is not enough to capture his achievements in the last 33 years. Those that have followed Sing would have realised most of his accomplishments were published over the years except for Puckree perhaps was blind not to see it or illiterate to read it.

Nonetheless let me mention a few to set the record straight:

1. Cllr Sing has already through his leadership built two temples (one was donated to a church

organisation in Nonoti) and helped a family due to land invasion. The other in Stanger Manor was the first temple solely funded by Cllr Sing. All operational costs and maintenance is borne by Cllr Sing. Services are held every Mondays. Selfless service for 33 years…

2. Cllr Sing has served on school governing bodies / school selection panel mostly as chairman, the last being ML Sultan School for 6 years. Total selfless service to schools for 17 years he strongly believes the success of any community and nation is education.

3. As chairman of SIYAKA in 1994 for the Lower Tugela through partnership of the South African Sugar Association / Public Works he helped to build additional classrooms, repairs and maintenance of rural schools.

4. As a councillor for 21 years he has initiated and completed any projects ranging from electrification, roads, boreholes, piped water, community halls, sportsfields etc. running into millions.

5. Addressed serious water crisis' in rural areas by writing directly to the late and former Minister of Water Affairs, Kader Asmal. Within weeks a task team was established and about 15 boreholes were repaired, including new ones installed as Cllr Sing had to pass Ilembe Council to get the job done for the poor community.

6. More recently the Stanger Manor water crisis was only stabilised when Cllr Sing wrote to the National Minister of Water affairs who despatched a team to discuss a short, medium and long term solution. Since that meeting, also attended by Ilembe officials the situation normalised.

7. Cllr Sing as I know gives away 2 to 3 months of his council salary together with his family business takings to support the indigent through Diwali hampers for 19 years. For the entire function as the main sponsor, Cllr Sing has given away more than a million rands towards this cause and will continue to do so by the grace of the almighty.

In conclusion let me remind Puckree we believe you are no match for Cllr Sing except Puckree is an empty vessel like a rocking chair - will give you something to do but take you nowhere and quite frankly the community is bored of you.

Proud supporter of Cllr Madhun Sobram Sing and the DA

what he told me to but end up vanishing with my money. I call BABA DUBE and he helps me with the SHORT BOYS that put R890,000 in my bank account within 2 hours and I payed him 10% which was

R89,000 from the same money that the short boys put. Then I also choose to use a MAGIC WALLET that gives me each and everyday R10,000 and I payed every week since I was very busy that I could not even meet him at his place I decided to ask him to deliever it to me but he sent it through a speed courier service and I receieved it

next day. Same time I started getting the money. I just want to tell the world that any person can be helped by BABA DUBE either you

black, indian, coloured or white like me. With due respect I thank BABA DUBE for his help because i was not even believing that I can

use this things to change my life. My wife is a coloured she also went there to ask to win gambling the doctor promises her that after 2

hours he call and give her the lucky numbers appearing on the next draw and she won. Eish our life now is back to the old days and we

are owning some big businesses now. Don’t waste your time to people who can not help you just call and speak to BABA DUBE

The public is invited to attend this spectacle and supported the young sporting heroes of this town.

In an EZE's Electrical Premier League Division volleyball clash, Manor and Warriors Sport thrilled the crowds with some explosive volleyball action. Manor drew first blood leaving Warriors, donning their brand new kit,

The Nkosi Dube Clan held a Unity Day on Mandela Day by hosting a soccer tournament. They thanked the unity of traditional leaders and the local municipality leaders, Induna RS Ngcobo of New Guelderland residents and Induna Nxumalo for Nkukwini residents, Ward 3 councillor, Mr Van Wyk and Councillor Sandeep Oudhram for their support.

In the end, Nkukwini beat New Guelderland 4-3 on penalties after full time ended 2-2.

trailing by a consistent 4 points. Manor's Loveshan and Mikaiylen Naicker put pressure on the Warriors outfit capitalising on unforced errors. Warriors tried desperately in the first

set to even the scores, but with the score on 20-13, there was no stopping Manor as they claimed the first set.

The second set started off in similar f a s h i o n w i t h Warriors yet again trailing. With the score on 8-5 in Manor's favour, W a r r i o r s w e r e forced to bring in

Brendon Govender from the touch-line to bolster their defence. This proved to be a psychological game changer. From then on Warriors lived up to their name, with Sigen Kistnan and Nolan Govender taking out Manor 's attackers. Some superb setting from Sam Pillay of Warriors saw Daniel John, Sherwin Adyappa and Brendan piling on the attacks matching Manor point for point. With some strong encouragement from the line, Warriors narrowly defeated Manor 26-24 in some tense moments to force the game into the third and decisive set.

The wheels of Manor's bus came off

in the third and final set as it was a one sided affair as Warriors attackers continued to dominate, with some motivation from Manager Rajiv Mathapershad and Mark Pillay on the line. Warriors won 21-25, 26-24, 15-7.

Although Manor lost the encounter, Manager Adhil Khan must be commended for producing a well-disciplined side on the night. Warriors manager Mathapershad was thrilled with the way his young outfit fought to win the game

Manager Rajiv Mathapershad expressed his gratitude to Mr Joe

Mahabeer of R & R Engineering for the sponsorship of balls and kit. Mahabeer said that he had been following Warriors accomplishments for some time and was greatly impressed with the in-roads the club made.

In other volleyball news, Manor and Frendz secured their place in the KwaDukuza Volleyball Association Corporate League knockout final. Manor comprehensively beat Cool Leaders 2-0 in the semi-final played last Wednesday whilst Frendz were made to sweat in their victory over Teachers. Teachers will face old rivals Cool Leaders in the play-off at 7pm whilst the final between Manor and Frendz, expected to be a humdinger, will get underway at 8pm.

Randsons dent KSST's hopes

Randsons have dented the hopes of KSST of keeping pace with run-away log leaders Grove End when they beat them in straight sets in the EZE's Electrical Premier League hosted by KwaDukuza Volleyball Association at the association courts last Thursday. This allowed 3rd place Warriors to move into second place on the log after they beat Manor Volleyball Club. Randsons now find themselves level on points with KSST and will be fighting for a podium finish.

In a hard fought match, bitter rivals Randsons and KSST entertained the crowds with explosive action. Randsons, due to the numerous unforced errors

by KSST, took the first set 25-20. However, it was the second set the court alight and the crowds on their feet. Both teams gave it their all with Randsons wanting to win the second set (as they know they wither away in the final set) and KSST, knowing this were pushing to win the second set to push the game into the final set. There was nothing separating both teams as they matched each other in all departments of the game, namely attack defence and re t r ieving as both teams scrambled all over the courts. The leader board changed hands several times with narrow margins until the score was tied at 24-24 and then 25-25. At this juncture, it was Randsons who

Randsons jubilant after defeating KSST

seemed hungrier as they won the next two points for a 27-25 win.

In the KDVA Division I league, both favourites, Darnall United and Sunbrook were shocked losing their opening sets to Manor Old Boys and Cool Leaders respectively. In the match between Darnall and MOB, who are considered the whipping boys in the league, MOB stunned Darnall winning the first set 25-23. However, MOB went downhill from there as Darnall quickly regrouped and hammered MOB 25-19, 15-7. Cool Leaders also surprised Sunbrook when they won the first set 25-22. Once again, Cool Leaders led to their demise losing the next two sets 11-25, 9-15.
